I had bought an IS250 here 12 years ago and had a great experience. I was now in the market for an RX so I came to see if they had anything on the showroom floor I could get a feel for. Nader welcomed me and pointed me to the showroom while he followed. They had a 450h on the floor and I told him I was looking for a 350h but what was the difference between the 350h and 450h, in case there were any appreciable differences to the interior/exterior that I would need to see the 350h instead. His reply was “There is no such thing as a 450h. This is a 450h PLUS.” Seriously? You know what I’m referring to. There’s no need to be pedantic. And not to sound mean, but his breath smelled terrible. When working front facing jobs with customers, that’s something that you cannot ignore. We got out of there and ended up buying one elsewhere.

My Service Manager- Lagi, provided me excellent customer service during my recent visit by ensuring my vehicle’s issues were promptly-effectively addressed and continuing the yearly trend since 2014! Additionally, this dealership has by far the BEST customer waiting area (massage chairs; munchies) that simply has no rival (Lexus; AUDI; BMW; VW) in the VA/DC/MD-area.

The customer service is excellent!! I drive an hour, one way, to get my car serviced here. The staff is very efficient and courteous from the moment you arrive. I love good customer service and I definitely get it at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly.

Yesterday I had purchased a beautiful 2017 LS460L. I had been looking everywhere for one especially since it was the last model year that carried the V8 engine. I’m located in The DFW area of Texas and this was the only one in the COUNTRY I could find that was certified, under 100k miles and in pristine condition. I had the pleasure of doing business with Maren, and I won’t leave out Juan T the sales manager who also handled the numbers. Not only were they able to get me a stellar deal. But Maren went above and beyond. I was able to negotiate a deal with them over the phone while still in Texas. I booked the first flight out to VA to their dealership. Not only did they pick me up from the airport but my car was front and center ready for me to drive away after paperwork was handled. To add the icing on the cake… Because I had a long 19hr drive back to TX from VA, Maren not only gave me a goodie bag with a bunch of roadtrip snacks, she went above and beyond and even covered my lunch. I can’t even fathom how great they were to me and definitely in the future when I look into getting another vehicle I will definitely be looking at their inventory again I don’t even mind the quick flight out to VA their customer service alone makes me only want to purchase from their dealership.

I love Lexus such a reliable car. My husband and I are currently car shopping for a family car. Must o say how pleased wit Matt. We were walking and he rapidly introduced himself with great pleasure. Answer all of questions. We asked him to see if we can take a look at the TX and never made us feel rushed, pressured or anything. What an amazing sales person.
