Dog Tales Daycare & Boarding
13944-G, 13944 Willard Rd # B, ChantillyI moved to Dog Tales after our previous daycare got so big and impersonal. They kept raising rates and charging fees for everything. After calling five daycares on the phone to make inquires, Dog Tales was the only place that sounded inviting, caring, and friendly from the moment they answered the phone. Upon going for the first time, and all times after, the staff are always very accommodating, friendly, and they all know my dog's name. It is not the newest facility out there, but what they don't have in image they make up for in attitude and genuine caring for pets and their owners.

13705 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, ChantillyUpdate 2024: the price has increased crazily, like a fecal test or a wellness visit took me $90+ a few months ago and just a few months later it's $103 or $105. The staff are not as friendly as before especially for today's visit. It's such a disappointment given that we insisted on using CAH for both of my lovely cats even after we moved out of this area, which takes us 30mins+ drive from our new place), but now I think it's time to change.
Note: I hope all my appointments can be taken by Dr Tohill who I think is the best.

When our dog, Leo, fell sick over the weekend, the doctor went out of his way to help us. He was incredibly responsive, patiently guiding us over the phone during an emergency and ensuring we didn’t feel lost in such a stressful situation.
He even gave us an immediate appointment the next day, which not only saved us from spending a fortune on emergency care but also ensured Leo was treated quickly and effectively. The care, kindness, and professionalism shown by the doctor and his team were beyond anything we expected.
Leo is back to his playful self, and we couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend Lifecare Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled veterinarian.

Special thanks to our coordinator Mike—I have no idea what I would have done without his knowledge and guidance. He was incredibly patient and thorough, walking us through every step and ensuring everything was done perfectly. After revaccination, we picked up our dog the next day, and he was happy and in perfect condition. Thank you!

We love that he is well-cared for and know he is in good hands while we are away. They also have excellent grooming services that are reasonably priced. We cannot recommend All of Creation Pet Care enough!

Dog's Downtown

It’s nice to have somewhere we can trust to leave our buddy when we go out of town, especially since he’s not the easiest to deal with sometimes (separation anxiety and dog aggression). He’s usually excited when he gets there and seems happy when we pick him up.

14150 Mariah Ct, ChantillyWe boarded our dogs at Bark and Roll last summer for graduation and had a great experience! My dogs are pretty anxious around strangers but they had a good time with the other dogs and were in good spirits when I picked them up! The staff was friendly and there was always someone inside the room with all the dogs. The facility itself is large, bright, open, and clean! There's also a fenced in area on the side of the building where the dogs are let out to use the bathroom. Can't recommend Bark & Roll enough!

They r accommodating of dog health issues and value the safety of the dogs. They also do cute special events with the dogs during holidays. Like a paw print for mothers day and a picture of the dog in a cute suit for fathers day. Highly recommend!

4520 Daly Dr #102, ChantillyInterestingly, the best part of Ono is the sister businesses co-located with them, a BBQ place. Most of the Ono beers were OK but low on characer (we tasted all of the non-IPA beers). The best, which was, in fact, quite good, was Hellyes Helles. Ono brewing runs on a pretty cool self-service system. You, or your party, depending on how you want to pay, are given a card. You present the card to a reader at each tap and pour as much as you like. The volume of each pour is tracked and charged when you check out. Taster, as well as larger glasses, are available. I'd go back, but I might just stick to the Hellyes, unless I wanted some more coconut porter, which was my second favorite.

14140 Parke Long Ct A-C, ChantillyThe beer is ok, but I really come here for the pinball. They have 19 tables here. Lots of good choices. The beer? Meh. I like British and Irish amber ales. They focus on IPAs and sours. If that's your thing, fantastic. Just not for me. Also it's tough to get a non alcoholic drink for the designated drivers. Places used to be very aware of that and focus on the goup's safety. I don't see that anymore. Sad.

We tried New York Steak and hamburger and kids plain pasta. Everything is delicious. You need to try hibiscus margaritas. The Manager was very interested with us he asked 3 times how we are feeling for foods or other things . it's to important for costumers. Thank you for everyone. it's our Christmas tradition. Last year we are in Denver Lazy Dog. This year is Chantilly Lazy Dog?

Parking is the only thing you may encounter trouble with. It gets tight when people start making up their own spots. Otherwise. It’s good. (I wouldn’t order my fried Buffalo chicken burger again. It was a cheap patty and not enough Buffalo. It was very boring and not tasty. Everything else we got was good for what it is)

13974 Metrotech Dr, ChantillyThere are a lot of Asian bakeries in NoVA - Tour Le Jours, Shilla, Paris Baguette, Jireh, etc. What sets Chateau apart? THE FREAKING LIGHTS! Eh, wait, I think the pastries are more important. Well, no, let's get into the décor first. The presentation of this bakery is in a class of its own. As soon as you enter, you forget you're in a random building in front of a Lotte. The tens to hundreds of hanging lights with their unique charm just welcome you in if you're looking up, and if you can tune out the crowd and the line for a brief moment. You could tell the interior designer probably went bananas with the design budget. Check out the back room with the bookshelves! The high ceiling, the lights, the glass cupboards with hardwood doors for the pastries, the different kinds of seating arrangements, and everything else about this place is amazing. Don't forget to check out the upstairs! Okay, the place itself is quite charming and sets itself apart from other bakeries. How are the pastries themselves? Now, this is hard because the place itself could be playing a psychological trick on me. I feel like Chateau is at least 10% better than any other place. If you asked me which place I wanted to go hang out and have a quick bite and drink, I'd always pick Chateau. If I'm getting a birthday cake, I'm going to Tour le Jours. Otherwise, I'd be here. I also never had any unpleasant experiences with the staff here. Of course, they got to recoup some of those costs of the designs, the place itself, and the high-quality pastries, so the prices here reflect that. That's the only thing preventing me from coming back as often as I'd like. That's not a problem for Chateau though. The place is always crowded and the food is always sold. They have found a good balance. If you've never been, is Chateau a must-go? 100% YES!
