I highly recommend Pender Air. I've moved my cat internationally a few times now, and have always had positive experiences with Pender. All staff members are consistently professional, and quick to respond to my questions or concerns about the entire process. This is a company which truly understands the needs of pets and their humans! I would also like to mention Lesley L. in particular, for her dedication in getting our cat from A to B as smoothly as possible. 5 star service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Specially Leslie LaRue and Karla Carmichael, they helped me and my cat Mora with the medical examination and documentation needed to get back to Peru. Very supportive and understanding. Plus the facilities are incredibly nice and clean. Recommended hands down!

It was an excellent experience with Ms. Christina Bowen at PenderAir. From initial inquiry until our dogs reached their destination overseas, Christina was very thourough and knowledgeable with the process. She swiftly responds to our questions during the move and followed up to make sure everything went well with the transition. She assisted with contacting personnel overseas. What can I say? Definitely money well spent, I can’t think of how I could have managed this complicated process without Christina. Despite all the horror stories one hears, I now have two dogs happily resident in the UK. Would 100% recommend.

Christina at Pender Air was phenomenal while arranging a relocation of our dog from the USA to Switzerland. She knows the details of each documentation needed including the differences in requirements between airports in the same country. She stayed on top of every single detail and helped us arrange things in advance when possible. All this made the travel day for all of us very smooth. Everyone at Pender Air and their counterparts in Switzerland were amazing and it was very apparent how much they all love animals and what they do.

Pender Air has proven to be the ONLY option you should consider should you need to transfer your beloved pets anywhere in the world.
My experience started when I thought I could take it upon myself to fly me and my pet halfway across the world from Virginia, US to Manila, Philippines. PenderAir was able to help secure all the necessary documents that I needed to fly my pet out of the country. Although their services also included all things necessary for importation of my pet, I took it upon myself to try and tackle that challenge as well. After trying to leave and having a disastrous experience with the airline where they rejected my dog's travel because of mishandling on their side. I went back to PenderAir and sure enough they saved the day.
Karla was most professional and provided all the help that I needed when I thought that things could not get any worse. She was there for me from the very beginning. They were able to cover all transport for my dog, from providing the resources for carriage and even securing the flights needed for my dog to fly from Virginia to the Philippines with no hassle. You can entrust your pet's safety and well being to PenderAir for all your relocating and or traveling needs. You will not regret it.
Thank you again to Karla and the team for being so professional throughout the process. I know that if it weren't for you all, I would not have my Zeus here safely with me today.

My pets and I had a wonderful experience with Christina and Pender AIR. They walked me through every step of the way and responded quickly when I had questions. It is not cheap, but it is worth it. My cats were frightened when I picked them up, which is to be expected. However, when we got to our new home they quickly settled. I knew they had to have been well looked after for this to happen. My cats flew the flight before me and were ready to be picked up when I landed. It was easy to pick them up and we had no trouble with customs or any other authorities. We just went straight home. I would definitely use Pender AIR again.

Definitely recommend. Given the cost of the services I was tempted to try and do this on my own but the stress, anxiety, ignorance, and steep learning curve related to paperwork, importing procedures, and other logistics discouraged me. Their services were very much as advertised and did what they said they would, which was to get my priceless pet here without incident! If you have to ship your pet with a shipper, would highly recommend.
