Anwer and his team were able to fix my cracked radiator quickly and efficiently the day before I had to drive out of state on a long trip. He provided me with phone call updates throughout the entire process, as well as photos of everything that was wrong under the hood. As someone who doesn’t have the best understanding about cars, this was extremely helpful and so much appreciated. The next day before leaving, Anwer was kind enough to test all of the levels in my car and bring it for a drive to ensure everything was still running properly before I took off on my trip. I recently had an issue with my Q7 Audi where the speedometer wasn’t working. I initially took it to the Audi dealership, and they diagnosed that the instrument cluster was bad and needed to be replaced. They quoted me over $3,000 for the repair, which seemed excessive.
Wanting a second opinion, I decided to visit CAR|BONE Auto Repair Shop, and I’am so glad I did.
Anwer took a thorough approach to diagnosing the problem. He didn’t just take the initial diagnosis at face value; instead, he went into research mode and approached the issue from a different perspective.
Anwer performed a pin test on the cluster and conducted a comprehensive diagnostic test. His finding revealed that the problem wasn’t with the instrument cluster, but rather with a low battery. He replaced the battery and charged me less than $1,000 for the diagnostic cluster test and the new battery.
Thanks yo Anwer’s expertise and diligence, I saved over $2,000 and avoided an unnecessary repair.
