Highly recommended! My experience working with Paul Sneeringer from Keller Williams was nothing short of exceptional. When we decided to sell our home at Lake Vista Dr, Chantilly, VA, Paul guided us through every step with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Paul was quick to react when a contract fell through due to financing, and we were under contract within three days with an offer of $10K over the listing and closed on 5 April 2024.

I highly recommend Paul Sneeringer if you are seeking to buy a home in Northern Virginia, D.C. or Maryland. I found Paul through a sale that he completed in Clear Spring, Maryland. Meeting him was the best thing that every happened to my family. It took a few months to complete the purchase of our home because we had to sell our house out of state with a different realtor. Nevertheless, in the many months that we corresponded about the housing market, Paul was very responsive. He replied texts immediately and always sent additional information via email. Whenever I had questions about a listing, he was never more than a phone call away even during early morning hours and late evening hours .Despite our smaller budget, Paul was still very willing to work with my family. When we were finally ready to make an offer, he worked all day and all through the night to ensure that our offer was accepted despite the fact that there were multiple offers for the seller to consider.After the sale was finalized, Paul and his wife, Anjie were so instrumental in helping us renovate the house. From paint colors, to the cabinets in the kitchen (which they gifted to our family), to the kitchen floors, and other amenities, Anjie was excellent at helping us meet very good contractors.Paul and Anjie are wonderful and generous and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the DMV area.
