I ordered a generator after some serious damage from hurricane Helene as myself and my family really needed the generator. The generator was shipped and after couple weeks (shown on the tracking) it showed it arrived at a local NSD depot in Lynchburg VA. Instruction showed NSD would communicate directly to me setting up a delivery date. I waited a week waiting for communication from NSD. When I had not heard anything I checked online and it recommended I contact a company called Hub Group. Long story short I contacted the HUB Group 3 time as that appeared to be the only way to try and get any answers over the past month and half. HUB stated they are unable to contact the local NSD LYNCHBURG VA Depot. So, no support, no calls, no schedule time, no delivery, of a product that is really needed. Anything purchased in future that NSD is required for delivery I will not purchase, it far less time and energy just to find a better delivery system then deal with this type of terrible service.

I got three different communications, one text and two E-mails that said delivery would be between 6 am and 10 am on 10/22. Wasn't very happy about getting up that early, but I did. No one had shown up by 10:30 so I called, there was a mistake, delivery would be about 4:20, the last stop on the route. They got here at 5 o'clock, but they only had my box spring, not the mattress. They tell me I'll get a call within 10 minutes from "Ashley". At 5:30 after no one calls, I call and get an automated "we're closed" message. Ten minutes later I get an automated call and I leave a message. "Gail" calls me back and I tell her what's going on, she says they'll look for it it the warehouse. At 7:09 I get a text that they found my mattress and c it will be there in an hour. Finally got it.

I had a great Delivery Experience with your Company. The two Drivers gave me advance notification when they would arrive. I was impressed by the Protective Wrappings on the Funiture and it got even better how they took care to be very careful with the handling too. They unwrapped the items and set them up how I suggested and discarded the trash properly. I truly appreciate great customer service and I would highly recommend your Company to Family and Friends!!!

Two very nice guys came to my home and put all my furniture together. They were punctual, extremely courteous and professional. The only rec I would make is that they bring booties to cover their shoes as to not track dirt in the house. I luckily had old grocery bags that they gladly wore over their shoes ??.

Delivered Mattress and did not unwrap and placed on bed upside down. The argued that they did not have mattress removal on their paperwork when I had paid for it . They did then say oh i see a 1 next to removal . They were not pleasant . At least it arrived.
