I highly recommend Nova Pets Health Centre and Dr. Masood! We've been bringing our cats here for grooming and health check-ups, and the experience has always been fantastic. We were SO glad to find Nova Pet Health Center ! Our Corgi-Jack Russell terrier mix was not feeling at all well, so it was time to see a
new veterinarian...Dr. Masood, D.V.M., took as much time as was needed to diagnose Joey, and formulate a wellness plan that included a change in diet (allergies) and a dental cleaning - all of which we were happy to do, hoping we'd get our mischeviously charming little guy back...and in a short period of time that's

We needed a place to get our furry girl a wellness check after freshly arriving from overseas. Everyone was so helpful and kind -- just what we needed after a very long and exhausting international flight. We and our golden felt very cared for by Dr. Masood and his staff, and we deeply appreciated the help and advice. Would definitely return!

It has been such a pleasure bringing our first dog to Dr. Masood! He made our dog feel at ease and both him and Keisha took the time to answer my list of questions that I had. Dr. Masood was also attentive when I called with a question about our dog days after our visit. Everyone here is so kind, and we know that we are in good hands.

Dr. Masood has an amazing "bedside manner" making it comfortable for pet owners to ask questions and express concerns. He takes the time to explain the "why" for certain tests and procedures. The clinic is like your visiting Dr. Doolittle - animals everywhere - so warm and friendly. Friendly helpful staff too!

Dr. Masood and Keisha care about your fur babies and treat them as if they were their own! I have had multiple positive experiences with both my dog and my cat at this veterinary practice. Dr. Masood is compassionate and capable and does a great job of providing the needed necessary care for your animals when they are not well. Over the years he has performed surgeries and had to keep my animals overnight for care. He and his team are always caring and provide the necessary care at a good value without upselling procedures and products.

We have been taking our bulldogs to Dr. Masood and his staff for over 9 years. They have always been nothing short of amazing. He always thinks about what is best for our fur babies. Today my rescue pup ate something she shouldn’t have I showed up when they opened with no appointment. Dr Masood took care of my pup right away and gave me the best options for her health and financially. He is always caring and wants the best for our babies. We will continue trusting our babies to him and his staff.

We have been taking our dog here for almost 6 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Our dog struggles with interacting with strangers, especially men, but the staff here at NOVA Pets always treats him so well. Recently, our dog had an anal gland sac rupture and had to stay overnight for fluids and extra medication. As much as I hated leaving him there overnight, I knew he was getting the best care possible. We will continue to bring him here as long as we are still living in the area. Dr. Masood is always so informative and helpful with our pup. Thanks for taking care of our dog so well for so many years!

We love Dr. Masood and his staff- they are absolutely wonderful! They are so knowledgeable and friendly. Our puppy loves going to the vet- which is something that is hard to achieve for sure. They treat your pets as if they are your own. We have complete trust in them and continue to drive here even though we moved further away… they are just that awesome!

Nova Pet Health Center has helped us take care of our family pet yorkie. He is happy and healthy. Nova pet has taken very good care of our pet dog. Since he was a puppy. We thank the staff for all the support they have provided to our pet.

Today, I was very impressed with Dr. Masood and the staff approach to my dog and their care for her well being. She feels like visiting friends while she is usually afraid of strangers.
Excellent care and reasonable cost.
We were also boarding our dog there and she loves to come back.

Just came back from my kittens first vet visit with Dr. Masood and we had the best experience! This is my first pet so I had a lot of worries and Dr. Masood was great at assuring me that my kitten was happy and healthy. Everyone was so kind and tentative to all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely keep coming here for all of my baby’s appointments and neutering. Will definitely be recommending Nova Pets Health Center to all of my friends and family members with furry friends. if I could give them a negative review, I would. we were visiting from out of town and brought our 17 1/2 year old miniature dachshund for 100ml of fluids. the tech/doctor took it upon himself to double that. She immediately went into kidney failure We took her to the emergency hospital and spent over $1400.00 running tests after tests. This decision accelerated her condition. 5 days later we had to euthanize her. I am extremely heartbroken! This could have been avoided if he has just followed the instructions from our vet in the extensive medical records which were forwarded to them. They denied any wrongdoing. Please take your pet somewhere else!!
