Like another reviewer, I also traveled from North Carolina to buy a vehicle. It felt a bit risky but I am so glad I did! It was the best used-vehicle purchase experience I ever had, and I am very happy with the truck I bought. I had limited time, and I really appreciate how Kov went out of his way to arrange for me to have a great test drive that covered all the bases. Kov and Rob were honest, pleasant, professional. The only surprises were pleasant ones. I would definitely do this again. Highly, highly recommend!

My car broke down late one evening (dead alternator). Rob answered his phone after hours, said it was fine for me to have my car towed there, they'd deal with it in the morning. By the end of the next day the car was repaired. This is a long-standing family business that takes pride in its work. I know a lot of people who are regular customers. Rob even sent follow up messages a few days later checking everything was OK.

Rob and his team at Nelson’s are my go-to for any check-ups, repairs, or even car questions. Every staff member is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have helped me with everything from tire rotations and oil changes to diagnosing engine issues, and their care and service is top-notch. They’ve earned a lifelong customer here for sure!

Drove over 3 hours to look at a 2001 Ford Econoline 350 spoke with Kov via text and on the phone. The van ended up being exactly as we spoke. A couple things needed done to the van and these guys took care of them. Made me a good deal and I bought the van from them. Thanks again guys!

I traveled from North Carolina to buy a F-350, I took this risky decision because of Nelson's good reviews and reputation. Now, I can say that I was right! These guys are awesome, there were a couple small things to be repaired, and they fixed it before I started my trip back to NC.
Super professional team, honest and, overall, good people! I'll be back for my next truck.

How often does on say, "It was a pleasure working with you", especially a used car dealer? I summarize my experience working with Kov and Rov in a few words - trust, kindness, reliability, and fairness. I would buy another car from them without hesitation and I would recommend working with them to anyone needing automotives sales or mechanical support.

My car was in the need of some serious repairs, I took to a shop down the street where they were trying to oversell me & the wait time was 2-3weeks. I called up Nelson's shop & explained the situation to them... they took a look, told me everything that needed to be replaced (exactly what I needed) and they told me my car could be picked up the next day. No trying to screw customers for an extra buck, very professional people and top of the line service
