Todo eel tiempo las filas son largas y n9 tiene el personal suficiente para atender a tantos clientes ya que la mayoria de sus ventanillas estan cerradas. Estan viviendo en el pasafo en pleno siglo 21 donde todo esta modernizado Bank Of América sigue con los mismos procedimientos del hace 2 decadas atrás

Just awful. This branch has lost all control of all processes I've ever tried to use there. If you have any non--standard transaction such as doing a wire transfer, good luck! A lot of their customer service activities require them to dial standard toll-free numbers and wait on hold just like you do from your desk. They get hung up on too. For transactions they do from their computers, they have to wait and wait and wait for simple things like Email confirmations. I was 1st in line with their customer service team just to do a wire transfer. I waited about 25 minutes to get with a representative. Then, it took more than 30 minutes to do a wire transfer. Earlier in the day I did a wire transfer with Navy Federal Credit Union and it took about 5 minutes.

Slow and Awful Service! The teller name Jennifer always has an attitude with me and other customers whenever I come in. If she doesn't like the job just quit. Don't ever be in the service industry.

AWFUL AWFUL customer service and management. I went in to deposit a PAYROLL check and asked for some cash back. The front person told me I could do it but I had to stand in line to get it done. When I stood in line for about 10 minutes I went up to the teller and she told me that I could not get any money back. The bank manager or some male came over to ask me if he could help. Told me to try it through the ATM and I SHOULD be able to get money back. tried several times and could not get any money back. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE service. So displeased. I could not even get money out for a Lyft ride back to my house because everything was unhold. will be closing my account account tomorrow.

Worst Bank ever!! Terrible customer service. You stand in line not less than 30 minutes! I see bad reviews far back as 8 years ago and no improvements whatsoever!!

***BEWARE*** Saeed is supposly a branch manager at BOA, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a long term platinum business account client. I called in on a simple request for assistants on check that was processsed, he was telling me he is too busy to discuss anything with me! Talking in his deep fast jibbering accent of his. He just hangs up the phone on me! I'm done with this worthless bank, they cannot communicate with there clients and care about there needs as a client. No wonder this place has a ONE STAR REVIEW! They are worst bank in America! Hands down especially with idiots like Saeed working there.

Terrible experience. If you're concerned about your privacy and safety I wouldn't visit this location. The manger was walking through the line asking each customer as loud as can be what they were doing at the location. Disclosing to everyone what there business was and how much they wanted to withdraw or put in. Told a guy he could increase his limit without even looking at his account. The line was extremely long and only two tellers.

Seriously BofA. Hire more people and make sure they don't move slower than molasses. There is never enough tellers to accommodate the line of customers in the store and the drive thru. The drive thru is supposed to be for quick transactions and service, not so I can wait for 20 minutes with a screaming baby and press the call button to alarm someone before they even come to assist me.

Came in for a quick stop early during a weekday thinking I'd be in and out. Nope!!! The worst. I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting for a damn notary to sign a stupid piece of paper. I will never come back to this location! You suck! After waiting over 30 minutes there was still no one to help me, so I walked out. I am becoming more convinced that BOA is not the bank for me. Thanks for totally wasting my time.

Very poor customer service. I went thru drive thru and teller inside sounded irritated that I am using the drive thru. She even asked me to go inside. I responded there is a reason why I had to do my transaction via drive thru. If they don't want anyone to use the drive thru, they should have stopped this service.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Never bank with BOA. They closed my account without my knowledge and when I came in to withdraw (I had a money market account) they told me I had to wait 48 hours to get access to my money. Then the employee was asking ME of other BOA locations. Also, three employees were having an argument in the middle of the bank during my visit there! I can't wait to get access to mtly money, close the account, and never do business with them again!!

Terrible service! Waited until I left. Jay Hayley was the manager at the time and he shouted at the person in the back I think his name was Syed (Indian guy) to come help and he eventually came and went back to his desk to take a personal call of his cell phone while I got annoyed and left. We asked for the manager and he just said would you like to make an appointment? NO! Why the hell would I make an appointment to change my name on the card??? He didn't care much to resolve the issue.

Go to another bank. Move your bank account. Do not waste your time coming to this branch or most other branches of BOA. I am sorry my account are in this bank and I plan to move them. Dealing with BOA branch personnel is frustrating at best and a waste of time. BOA would benefit by having fewer more knowledgeable staff. I tried to do some wire transfers or asking for help on some transactions and after waiting they told me to call the 800 number. So they don't help and they waste your time.
