Made an appointment and got turned away. They say they are open till 7pm, but i was told that the computer turns off at 6:45. So you are not open till 7pm, you are open till 6:45.

Hamdi was very rude, unhelpful, and obstinate. She came out 10 minutes late for our appointment and then had the audacity to tell me she couldn’t see us because we were 4 minutes late for our appointment. Incredibly poor customer service provided by Hamdi and her attitude was even more frustrating.

First of all no need to make an appointment because the dont take you at your appointment time, came here with my child and signed in after I already signed in online. Some guy comes after me and she takes him. There’s no chairs. So I’m waiting with my already impatient 5 year old. My appointment was 30 mins ago. Only reason I’m here is because her pediatric had no appointments.

They know how to misuse the treatment code for overcharging. Ended up paying $50 dollars for regular flu shot which I never had to pay anywhere else ever for the same insurance I had. What a joke! Do not recommend this place and not going there ever

Great experience. I had eye infection for weeks suffering. I went to MinuteClinic and they gave me an eye drop and it went away within a few days. Lesson learn. Don’t suffer. Go to doctor and get cured. Sickness does not go away on its own.

I signed up online to avoid a wait. I got a text and email with a confirmation number. So far so good. I went to the minuteclinic and put in the confirmation and signed the rest of the way in. The kiosk put up a list of those waiting and it said i was next in line. So far so good. I sat down and about 10 minutes later the health care person came out and told someone else that they could go ahead and come in. I figured that that person had already been seen and just needed 10 seconds to finish something up. It turned out to be a full physical (from what I could tell). An hour. My name, which had been on the kiosk list disappeared. I figured if there was a problem I would just mention that my name had been on the list. Another 15 minutes went by and I decided to leave. So, including travel time about 2 hours out of my day for nothing. I don't know what advice to give, maybe my experience was unusual, but I would say the 't necessarily say their call ahead website / logistical system works well.
