So unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The second time in less than a year, someone took my shopping cart with staff inside. There is no way someone who was there to buy something will take cart with clothes and pay for it. So, it was some of their staff and no one wanted to admit it. And they can’t check cameras! No words to explain feeling where after hour of shopping you have to leave the store without anything because you left your cart for a minute. Shame!!!

I called asking if an item was in stock because I live far from the location and the manager or whoever I was speaking to was rude he said “we get calls 12 times a day about that item the answer is still no” that was my first time calling and I feel disrespected never will i shop here or call again.

I stopped in to look at their available luggage pieces as I needed to replace my largest one. I was there a couple weeks prior to Thanksgiving. They had a good selection, but I'm sure they probably got more in stock for Black Friday weekend shopping.
