I am very happy that the customer service at this location got improved so much. I gave 4 stars last year, and this year, I had to change to 5 stars. Employees were fast, courteous, and efficient. Thank you.

I stopped in to look at their available luggage pieces as I needed to replace my largest one. I was there a couple weeks prior to Thanksgiving. They had a good selection, but I'm sure they probably got more in stock for Black Friday weekend shopping.

It's well organized for easy shopping, the staff is very friendly, and sometimes you can find items you wouldn't have thought of.
