Customer care is not just putting the sign up on the desk. Customer care is assisting customers and making them satisfied with their asks. Price match policy is clearly posted online, but some stores just make things up just to justify their lies.

All self checkout except contractors line. Some things that are listed as "in stock" in the app aren't in stock or aren't in the right place e.g. Hardware, tile, and tools.
The store is close, so I want it to be my favorite but it continues to frustrate me.

worst customer service, transferred to dead air or just let it ring and ring and no one picks up. Spent two weeks trying to get a vanity installed with their "automated" systems online...not so automated when you have to drive into a store to actually talk to someone.

I have been utilizing this store since it first located in Chantilly. Seems to go through phases where I believe it is very good to dirty and very poor. Amazing to me one day I walk in and within 5 mins 6 employees ask if they can assist yet go to check out, line of 8 or more people because you are forced to use self checkout with a single employee trying to assist. My biggest beef however is with inventory system. The last 3 times I’ve been to the store, online says 6 or more in stock - empty spaces on the shelf. Not sure why I bother even checking online. In my opinion, only reason this store makes it is the garden section and convenience - no other home improvement store near it.

Just bought 5 packs of mulch from Lowes, very heavy. I was happy to have an employee named Mulch who helped me carry mulch to the car. really appreciate！??

There is rarely any help. The app gives the aisle and bin number to find items but not very accurate. Stores is clean. They have eliminated all of the cashiers (self checkout) except for lumber.

Great people and service. Couple times miscellaneous plumbling pieces (1" elbows/Ts) runs out . garden has clearence at times, sadly i think most main clearence gets dumped every now and then
