I had an inssue 8 months ago that was resolved today with a great Lowe's customer service representative (Tony ) thinking my ignored calls and letters from last year were incorrect. Thank you Lowe's for solving the problem, satisfying a customer and being a solid company . I always thought you were The Best l recommend

Be very careful hiring Lowes for decking, their contractor installed the wrong product a very dark brown privacy panel that is unsightly from the street and was not in my contract. An ALMOND color to match my ALMOND handrail is in the contract. When you try to contact a Regional Manager- its a secret and the associates are told not to give out a phone number or a last name and no email is provided either. Now I have no other options other that filing a Consumer Affairs complaint, and file a complaint with the local licensing board by finding out who their bond is and write a letter. This has been going on since this summer.

Best advice, do not order flooring from Lowes unless they figure out a different delivery system.
We ordered flooring through Lowes and they have been so difficult to work with.
They delivered flooring to my driveway and then didn't send in a second crew to bring it inside. They were impossible to get ahold of and took over a week to indicate whether a crew would bring the products into the home. The products ended up being picked up with no call to coordinate beforehand. Someone showed up at 7:15am and rang my bell telling me they were picking up the flooring and returning it to Lowes.
They then had to drop off new product. They called the day before saying they were coming in the morning. One crew dropped off the flooring in the driveway. A second crew brought half of the flooring in the home. A third crew brought the remaining flooring into the home but left the underlayment and trim pieces outside and argued with me about bringing it into the home saying their orders said flooring product only. After looking at their orders it said all product not just flooring but he still argued with me. He refused to bring the underlayment inside but I convinced him to at least put it in the garage. They also left all of their trash including large pallets in the driveway and refused to take it with him when asked to. Also the underlayment was wet and some of it had mold growing on it.
They then needed to drop off more materials the next day but didn't coordinate a time with us or let us know anyone was coming until 8am that morning with a delivery window from 9am to 1pm. Someone called to let us know the delivery group was running behind but didn't give me a window or give any information as to whether the materials were to be brought into the house.
It has been horrible trying to get anything coordinate with them and no one answers the phone at this location. I tried emailing the woman we ordered the flooring through named An-Noor Priota and she has not responded. The only person I can get any information from is the delivery coordinator Chris, but he's difficult to get ahold of as well. I have tried the customer service line multiple times and no one picks up.
