The staff and service is the worst in the Washington DC region. They sold me a Nissan. And they put excess oil and tranmission fluid in car to make the it drive for 200 miles. And the tranmission doesn't work now. I would never purchase from them. My son got stranded on 95 in North Carolina. ?

Quick, fast, reliable, and promising. Came in to look at an 09 accord and Fareed went above and beyond for me. He informed me my deposit would be refunded and even got the manager/owner to get it MD inspected for me. There was some guy who never processed my refund even though he said he did wasn’t a fan of his customer service but after reaching back out to Fareed he refunded it immediately. Would definitely buy from them again.

Went there to take a look at an 08 Corvette Z06, Mark was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the car and was more than willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. These guys aren’t just car salesmen they’re passionate about what they do and the cars they sell and it reflects in how they interacted with me. They aren’t pushy they’re just doing an incredible job of helping you decide what’s best for you. Gotta hand it to these guys and I wish more dealer interactions were this genuine. It really makes car shopping feel good and enjoyable.

0/10 cars engine light came on on the way back home . Tires had wires , rims were cracked , motor needed rebuilt , power steering leaking . No way this passed inspection or was safe to drive. Owner told me engine noise would go away and it was because it hadn’t been started… Motor needed thousands in rebuild right after spending 17k on the car . Please save yourself from a terrible experience.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.Fareed was THE best salesman .He answered every question I could think of..lolFareed can defenitly assist with financing as well as getting a extended warranty.I would definitely highly recommend Loudoun Motors in Chantilly and make sure you ask for Fareed .

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima for my son. 2 weeks later, it broke down. I had to pay for a new transmission. They scanned and deleted the dash codes to get the car off of the lot. Mechanic showed me where they glued the transmission fluid cap on and cut the dipstick. VERY SHADY BUSINESS. Windshield wiper fluid reservoir was cracked, car was on empty and not cleaned upon pickup. Out of all of the dealerships down there, I chose this one by mistake. Do not trust any good reviews on their page like I did! Owner will not even pay half of the cost for the transmission. BAD BUSINESS selling lemons! I will be contacting the Better business bureau and a lawyer . They have to stop doing this to people. Go to another dealership!

Bsmilah -we wrote another rewiew before this but it was mysteriously removed..so be careful and follow up if you post a bad reveiw about this car dealer.. which means that many good reveiws you are seeing posted about them are likely scam fakes ! - always know that the low star reveiws are in most cases the truth... so with that being said i will breifly explain my 0- star rating for this car dealer. first i must say that you should not waste your time or hard earned money buying any cars from them especially if you are using cash to purchase a vehicle. you will likely be scammed, taken advantage of and decieved about whatever you are trying to buy from them. i was warned but this car dealer but did not listen.. so dont be like me and waste your HARD EARNED money and time. also, always take a real mechanic with you when dealing with these shady kind of car dealers ( inshallah/G-d willing ). Below is just something similar to what we posted from before but it got removed for some reason .. as follows -...we just purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago and already the car broke down in the middle of traffic today on our way home from the supermarket with our family.- the car just died. The owner refused to refund our money OR pay for repairs. (-this situation WILL MOST LIKELY AFFECT MY JOB/INCOME etc.. ) We now have to get it towed and may cost us up to $1000 or More to have it serviced and fixed ( but still may not solve the problem) We were told that the car would not have any issues and if it did they would take care of it ...and reassured us that the car was in excellent working condition( but with no warranty ) So we took them at their word and bought the car. We really thought we were in good hands.. but in reality we were NOT! - LESSON LEARNED!!DO YOurSelf a favor AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CAR DEALER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE even to the devil, shaytan..nor even to a martian.-FYI -We will keep you all posted on what happens going forwardwe will also be making some YOUTUBE post about this DECEITFUL CAR DEALERSHIP AND OTHERS LIKE THEM..stay tunned.Also, if anyone else has had any issues with this dealership you should quickly file a compliant with the VA, Attorney General - they will look into the matter and perhaps get you some justice.

Amazing customer service. Was very helpful throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I am very grateful. When I first went to Loudon Motors, I’ll be honest, I couldn’t find it ? (it’s on the left side of the building when you first turn into the lot with all the Jeeps in front.) I was in touch with who I thought was an at-home representative, but it was actually an on-site employee, Fareed, who even for a few days prior to my in-person meeting, helped me find a great car for me and a great finance and down payment option. He took the time to communicate regularly(either in person or over the phone) when it came to the buying process, which I appreciated being new to the world of credit.I was a first time buyer and knew what I was trying to look for but didn't know where to start. Fareed is going to give you a great experience and his reputation as the “car matchmaker” proceeds him well. I recommend Fareed and his team at Loudon Motors for the best.P.S. Loudon Motor Cars is the only dealership I’ve come across where I wasn’t talked down to. The staff didn't make me feel like a young girl buying her first car, I was treated with kindness and respect from a full adult male staff, which not only is hard to find but also great to find.
