I recently received outstanding care and support from Princess at Lincare. Princess made me feel comfortable and informed. She patiently walked me through the use of the equipment. Princess answered my questions with her clam demeanor throughout the process.

I had an appointment to pick up a new CPAP machine at the Chantilly office. I was greeted by Princess who took time to explain the machine and then proceeded to check its functionality. She assisted in the mask fit as well. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer care! Thank you.
