In my 36 years as a Real Estate Broker I don’t know that I have met a loan officer as combative
as Kaiser. He literally could not remember from one conversation to the next what he previously stated. My opinion is that he is deceptive and preys on first time home buyer’s who are more vulnerable to the buying process. My advice is for buyer’s to do their due diligence when considering a lender, otherwise the builder incentive (in my clients case $5,000.00) that you are told you will be receiving may be sucked up in unnecessary fees and or discount points. I have sold numerous homes built by Lennar, in fact I own one myself. While I have to date been very pleased with Lennar as a whole, I would never trust Lennar Mortgage as a lender nor Kaiser as a loan officer for myself, and certainly not advise my clients to consider them.

My loan officer Joe Eckenrode is a great person and knowledgeable , experienced and very assisting in everything I needed during the loan application and process. Latasha the loan process officer was also a good person and have time to explain everything to me in regards to documents needed from me. Kudos to Chris the home consultant , Jeff and April my realtor they are all fantastic people.I therefore recommend everyone to shop home from Lennar Mortgage they are fantastic.

Kaiser Haider was my loan office and Naquisha Cuthbertson was my loan processor. My husband I worked with this team to purchase and investment property. Kaiser is a professional and he worked our file so that we understood next steps in the process. He served as a liaison between his team when there were questions. Naquisha is a Rockstar and stayed with me on the journey no matter the time or day to keep us in the right path. Mortgage Lenders often get a bad reputation because we as home buyers have not done our research for an investment that will be with you for the good part of your life. We have to come in with our ducks in a row to make sure when these professionals are walking us through the process we can understand and move the process forward. Just know that Lennar Mortgage is a decent company and be patient as the stipulations related to mortgage requirements are changing daily and even hourly. Working with your mortgage team is a 2 way door and I would work in this two door over and over again. They were great!
