The moving bins and dollies made our move so much easier. It was also nice not having to break down and recycle boxes afterwards. We also didn't have to worry about boxes falling apart on us since the bins were sturdy. We'll definitely use Lend A Box again.

The rental boxes were the easiest and most organized part of our move. Reservations were easy, boxes were delivered upstairs, andI had time to pack and unpack. The boxes came with dollys and were effortlessly moved around the house. They also sanitize and quarantine their boxes before they were delivered. I seriously didn't know what I was missing until I tried this out. I will recommend to everyone!

Absolute SHAM of customer service. We reserved a Budget truck TWO WEEKS AGO and they decide to call us this morning, 45 minutes before we are supposed to pick it up, to tell us they don't have it. Did you just magically rent it out to someone else 45 minutes before we are set to pick ours up? Or did you just magically lose our phone number or magically forget to tell us sooner that you gave the truck away out from under us? Because that is not much better, either. Definitely should have given us a bigger heads up. They tried to offer us a small cargo van-- as if that can move the large furniture that we need to move. We rented the size we did for a reason. He is now calling other facilities, approximately 45 minutes out of our way, to see if they have the correct truck in for us to rent right now.... and is only willing to knock $50 off the price!!! We are supposed to pick our truck up in 9 minutes and now we are screwed. What is even the point of making a reservation!? Absolutely DO NOT recommend renting a moving truck from this facility. Lousy communication and lousy customer service.

You will never go back to buying cardboard boxes if you try these sturdy, efficient, environmentally friendly boxes once. First of the three times I used these boxes for moving 6 years ago, I wasn't anticipating the amount of time I would save packing and unpacking. Stephanie's attention to detail, friendly demeanor and responsiveness makes the whole experience ever so pleasant. Moving is never easy, but this company makes sure to take the stress off just a bit.

Communication and timing of delivery and pickup within a week of rental wardrobe boxes $16 each which are sturdy for a local move last month was excellent. Only bad boxes had to be assembled, they are quite large, but I get that to save storage space in the delivery truck. But personally not something done before a few boxes took an hour to assemble. During crunch time of personal and family moves, the company may want to offer a premium rentsl pricing option for akready assembled boxes for already busy people and families and any with physical impairments.
