“Dan and his team are truly amazing to work with! We have hired them several times and have recommended them to our friends.They replaced our kitchen countertops and built us a light-up custom wet bar in our basement.Dan has an excellent eye for design and helped us through the entire process. He picked out great slabs from our selections and lined up the veins perfectly between the cuts. “We just got our kitchen finished a few weeks ago.After dealing with a nightmare of a contractor for our master bathroom, we were worried we would have a similar experience for the kitchen. Fortunately, my worries were unwarranted in this case.Here’s my feedback on each phase of the project:Design and Quote: Part of the reason why we chose USA Cabinet store is that Miyuki was very upfront. Most of the other places that we worked with for our initial quote slapped together everything we asked for without consideration of the ergonomics and overall look. Miyuki actively gave us feedback on what would work, what wouldn’t work, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything that we didn't need. The quote was competitive with the other quotes that we received.Demo and Build: Richard and his team were incredibly detail oriented, and proactively communicative for any potential issues or concerns that could alter how they approached the project (my house was built in a very strange way). I very rarely had to bring up any concerns because I was able to trust their work. They were also respectful of our home and property.”

“We used Moss for a two-story addition to our Arlington home and they did a fantastic job. Our finished project looks even better than the digital renderings. We choose Moss in part because they are an integrated design-build firm, which made it easy as Moss led us through the process from beginning to end. Moss was always responsive and informative, answering any questions that we had and quickly resolving any issues that came up.

We especially loved our project manager Scott Burkart. His diligent supervision was key to completing the project significantly ahead of schedule. “We had a fantastic experience working with Ramsey Haddad at Cabinet Discounters. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and our experience did not disappoint. He was very friendly and professional- answering all of our questions and re-working the layout of our kitchen very patiently as we discussed all of our options. “I see that some of the reviews are lackluster, but I'm offering a good review. Things didn't start out well because our refrigerator had a dent upon delivery. Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.”

“Working with the Tile Shop on our bathroom remodel was a great experience. We worked with Shana and she was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, very personable and professional. She was very patient with my husband and I, as we had differing tastes for what the end result would be but she took it in stride when we changed our designs, and was very helpful in showing us different options for which tile to use over a few trips to the Tile Shop. Her design eye was excellent, and she showed us different patterns and designs we would not have thought of ourselves, as well as other accessories for the bathroom that made the project complete and pulled it all together. She was helpful throughout the entire process and coordinated with us and our contractors to make sure that all the materials were delivered timely, and when one item was missed from the inventory, she went the extra mile to make sure that we got a replacement quickly. I will definitely recommend Tile Shop and Shana to any friends looking to remodel.”

“Granite and Marble Express installed made and I stalled a countertop for my kitchen. It was a very large space and they managed making the seems unnoticeable. They carried the large section that did not fit in the elevator to the third floor through the staircase. The whole process of ordering, slab selection, measurement, and I stallation was done very professionally and in a short time. The technical staff, the office staff, and the installers demonstrated knowledge, confidence, and great customer service. It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone thinking of a new countertop.”
