This was our second time working with Kim....and we could not be more appreciative. Moving back to NOVA, she made our home buying process stress free. When we had to cancel our house hunting trip last minute, Kim shifted to virtual showings and we were able to find and contract on a home quickly. She took the time to document condition and any items that we needed to pay attention to. She answered all our questions and we were able to close without any issues! Thanks Kim!

We worked with Kim as out-of-state first-time home buyers and could not recommend her enough. We connected with Kim about 3 months before starting our search for a home and she walked us through the whole process, answering our (many) questions, and helped us strategize when to start setting up showings based on our goal move-in date and the market. Kim's communication, knowledge of the area, and general support was top-notch. We were able to virtual showings with her, working around our time zone difference, and even do the closing from our current home. Kim made everything so easy - thank you, Kim!

My fiance and I were first time home buyers and Kim made everything so simple and easy for us. She was so proactive in listing new homes in our criteria and scheduling visits for us. With the extremely competitive market these days, Kim always made sure we were getting in early. She also provided so much advice and tips that helped us immensely. Kim was responsive and professional - we can’t recommend Kim enough.She got us an amazing deal that likely would not have happened without her expertise and connections. Time after time she found a way to overcome any situation including somehow getting us a full 5 hour home inspection with only 20 minutes notice. The inspector made it clear he would not have gone that far out of his way for anyone else.I recommend having Kim on your side when you are buying or selling.
