Amazing energy, amazing staff, super friendly atmosphere. Love this place! I've been following Kaliente for some time because the routines are always fun and energetic. It feels great to start to know the routines and build confidence. I slowly moved from someone always in back of the class to the front row. I felt like I had the support of the instructors and peers the whole time.

Love all the girls! Have danced with Jennifer, Carmen and Maria mostly. They are all So energetic, super friendly, fun and genuinely want to help students learn the moves. You sweat your butt off and it’s so worth it! Highly recommend Kaliente!

This class is so much fun and such a good workout! I moved away from the gym I used to take this class at but continued making the trek just for this class. The instructors Jen and Carmen are so passionate and such great teachers! I had to finally cancel that gym membership but I will keep an eye on this page in hopes you'll start teaching closer to me in Herndon :) Thank you ladies for showing me the great (and addicting) time that is Kaliente!

I love and enjoy Kaliente dance fitness classes and have been taking the classes for many years. Kaliente dance classes are very fun and high-energy, which burn a lot of calories and are very enjoyable while toning muscles and building stamina for my other workout routines. Kaliente dance fitness is my key motivator to be consistent in all my workout routines. Honestly, without these dance classes to keep me going, I would not be motivated to make it to other workout classes. The Kaliente dance instructors are very talented, creative, friendly, and have great attitude. The instructors always have a great smile throughout the class to motivate and create fun atmosphere with great music. They work very hard and continuously develop new easy-to-follow, fun, and energetic dance choreographies that are designed for all fitness levels, intend to tone all your body parts, and provide effective cardio workout. I'm very grateful for their dedication and time to bring so much joys to my workout routine. I understand that the key to a consistent workout routine is to be open-minded to try new workouts and find an effective workout routine that I enjoy and passionate about. I have finally found it in Kaliente dance classes. I have repeatedly heard that the main reason people shy away from the dance class is the concern of not being able to follow the dance steps. I have found that I can learn the dance steps by coming to the class often to practice. The instructors have always been very helpful to show me the dance steps after class. No one would notice or care if I missed the steps since everyone in class is having fun and so focusing on following the instructor. I encourage you, who read this review, to try it yourself. So you will be motivated and feel the joy of actively working out to be healthier, feel great, and save money by reducing medical expenses like I do.

I have been going to Kaliente classes for the past couple of years and LOVE them! All of the instructors are so talented and are high energy. The hour goes by so fast but you will get a great workout in. Try them!! You won't be disappointed.

I love going to Kaliente classes. The instructors are great and they take the time out to explain new moves, explain the ropes to new people, etc. You can tell they have fun up there and it's infectious. I always get a great workout, all the while smiling. I have taken Zumba and other dance classes at gyms, but this is different. If you like to dance, come give Kaliente a try. You won't regret it.

My experienced with Kaliente is a amazing dance fitness. I'm almost 55 years old. I been doing Kaliente for while. My age doesn't stop me what I enjoy till doctor said other wise :) I â¤ï¸ dancing. I â¤ï¸ Kaliente. It's a different dance fitness what I'm experienced from Zumba. Don't get me wrong. I like Zumba but Kaliente dance routines are so different and varies of dance songs. So, this a challenge for me. It great cardio and for body and mind. We all have different kind taste of dance fitness. Kaliente is high energy class and make you sweat. If I can do it, so can you. It's fun. You'll meet amazing instructors, Jennifer and Carmen. They are such a sweet heart. They'll be there for you. If you need help with the routine, they'll happy to show you after class. Come and experience it yourself.
