Matt helped me find and install a battery for my Toyota Camry hybrid. Mechanics struggled to find the right one, and I was referred to a dealer. A buddy who works at a dealership referred me to this interstate batteries location and he was right. It was so quick and easy and very affordable too. Probably saves myself $300 and 6 hours of time coming here for. High quality battery. Installation was quick and easy. This is my new battery shop! Matt is super great to work with.

Unexpected outstanding service when I needed a quick battery replacement on short notice on the Monday morning after the Thanksgiving weekend and needed my car for work travel.Matt was promptly open at 7 AM and ready to help to QUICKLY solve the problem. The pro rate from my original Interstate battery was applied to the new AGM replacement. Upgraded battery price and installation was fair and reasonable. Interstate Battery is the type of company that I will do repeat business and refer to friends and family. Thanks, Matt for making a difference.

I went in to purchase acid for our batteries but turns out we didn't need the acid. Matt went above and beyond and stopped by our warehouse to check the batteries. In the end, the conclusion is to replace at least two batteries out of 4. Yes on the list to get them replaced and will definitely go back to the store to get all 4 batteries of scissor lift replaced.

I can’t say enough about this business and the service! The manager, Matt D. went out of his way to help me when my car battery died on my way to my new job! Mat did the install himself and I even made it to work on time! It’s hard to find such good service- people who care about what they do and have empathy for those seeking assistance. This place is fantastic just as the previous reviews cite! Matt was super helpful to identify and explain different battery models for my vehicle over the phone. Showed up and Matt had it ready to go. My car is up and running perfectly again. I’ve always upgraded to Interstate batteries in my sports cars and have purchased from distributors. Great to find that there are Interstate branded stores. This is now my go-to shop. Thank you very much for the excellent support, Matt!!!

Fantastic Service On Friday Morning. I live out in Fairfax and though I would take take a drive out to Chantilly to get my battery- when I called the Employee was so extremely helpful - and my battery was covered under warranty. I usually buy interstate batteries for my cars and will definitely purchase all batteries from now on from these folks out in Chantilly.

Matt, the manager at this location. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what he's doing when it comes to what you need for your battery? He's more than willing to help and if they don't have the battery they will call another interstate battery to see if they have it in stock. He will bend over backwards to help you out in any way he possibly can

Matt Dillinger went over and beyond to help me with having a battery checked that i purchased from another interstate dealer in my location. battery was at a BMW dealership close to his location to save me the 1.5 hr travel each way because I did not live in the area. Matt kept me informed step by step and found battery checked out good and returned to dealership with a copy of test results. Hats off for a committed employee that values interstate battery customers.

I took my 911 Turbo to get the battery replaced. Matt had one of the best customer services I have ever had...very polite, helpful, and pleasant. I usually replace the battery myself because I don't want a non-Porsche mechanic to work on my car due to some bad experiences. He offered to lend me the tools...I started to work on it...but then he ended up doing the work himself...great job...and did not charge for the work even though I offered to pay him.I can see why this place has all 5 star reviews.I know where I am going to get our other cars' batteries replaced.BTW, the battery that I replaced was installed in 2017...6 years ago. It was an Interstate MEGA-TRON PLUS which says it has 6 year performance. That is the longest I had a battery for any car. I don't drive that car much and I have it on battery tender most of the time...FYI and YMMV.
