Don't use their delivery and installation services. They use a third party that rips you off and charge you a lot of money that isn't included in the delivery fees and installation.

Shout out to Dennis in receiving!He is the most kind and generous person I have had the pleasure to work with, at the South Riding, Home Depot! He was very patient and extremely tenacious about helping me find what I needed. He personally walked me through the store and kindly greeted every customer and employees, on our journey. It’s impossible to get someone to get the lumber cut regardless of when you come in. Home Depot has lost its customer focus.

The staff is very helpful, the place is well run, clean and well organized. Plenty of parking outside. Sometimes run out of product sooner than the other Home Depot’s nearby, as this one is really busy.

this is by far is a horrible store. No one can help you as they have no idea where anything is. They stand around in groups and chat. I absolutely will try doing business with a different home depot, better yet Lowes. ddinley

This is the best Home Depot I have been at… the staff is well trained and wanting to help. The store is also clean and dust free (I’m allergic). The management here is professional and makes you feel welcome.

I have been here a few times. This store has many items out of stock when compared to others. They are also a bit unorganized. Finally, whenever they take returns, the staff double-check the items in detail to see if they're "damaged", they seem paranoid. On one occasion, they were very hesitant in taking a return purchased from another store and made a comment to each other that the manager would throw a fit if they took it. I would suggest going to other Home Depots to avoid issues.

The manager Will lacks the ability to resolve customer issues and focuses solely on how to tell a customer no instead of resolving issues. This is especially true after being told by three separate employees they would exchange a broken lawnmower than costs $550 and was only used twice. Great work, Will way to focus on the customers experience, one that has spent thousands of dollars at your location. Looks like Lowe’s will be my new destination.
