The best was the location, close to major highway and Expo Center (reason why we stayed, walking distance to Expo center. Unfortunately, the room was severely lacking. From the double beds to the noisyness of the hotel. I'm not sure why there are still hotels operating in unrennovated hotels these days, I mean, paying almost $100 for a double bed? Come on now, we are not in the 1950s. Also the doors slam very loud making fir noisy halls when people are coming and going late at night.Rooms: Need renovations immediatelyNearby activities: Close bySafety: no issuesWalkability: Great for the Expo Center

This hotel has an amazing staff! Check in online was a breeze and only took a minute when we arrived. Very pet friendly hotel with lots of places to walk your pet. Great value and location. Couldn't be happier with my stay.

The first reason I chose this place was location. It's a good spot to get to all the places I need in under 15 to 20 minutes.While the hotel isn't bad, it was definitely misrepresented in the photos. It is very misleading on the room size. To the point I questioned, I was even in the correct room I booked. This theme goes for the other parts of the hotel they feature in the photos. It's much smaller than it appears. They didn't tell me about any of the hotel amenities or where or when they are, such as the breakfast, just an advertisement to join them at their on-site retuarant from morning to night in the room. I arrived at 9:25AM, and told they close in 5 minutes. Then I got a lecture about having not paid for the breakfast and it's not included. I already knew I would have to pay. It was actually cheaper to pay for the breakfast with tip than booking with the room. Also, the food isn't that good, better off to leave to one of the surrounding restaurants. While getting assistance at the front desk, they weren't unfriendly. For example, to get into the locked 24-hour business center where they have bottled water and other things to purchase, I felt like I was disturbing them. The eye rolls, and then facial expressions. Don't lock the 24-hour business center then. I still have to pat them, and there is a window right where they sit to pay them. It's just a 90-degree rotation of a chair.With that said, this is likely better than some cheap motel, but I feel like I didn't get what I paid for.

They are renovating the hotel, but the place was clean, and the the rooms were fine. The nighttime staff is very helpful. This place is affordable, and clean. What more do you want when you are a traveler.

The housekeeper did not clean, not even enter the shower area as there was used soap, shampoo and conditioner there from the previous guest.There was some type of substance, I cannot hazard a guess as to what is was on the bathroom door and the bathroom floor could have stood to be cleaned. Come on people, what happened to having someone check the rooms?

Staff at the hotel bar and restaurant are rude and trashy.Room was comfortable and check in was easy.No long term parking, it's available at the other holiday inn.

Room was clean enough. Staff did not clean room when we left "do not disturb" on door all day. Does not have lobby free 24 hour coffee. Minimal snacks in pantry. Restaurant had decent Happy Hour food. The elevator in the back looked like it had dried beverage splattered on the room button panel all weekend. If it's permanent, it's really uninviting and should be replaced.Walkability: Was walkable to DC Expo Center.

Comfortable bed and comfy room. Very close to the airport, a few restaurants and bars nearby for your convenience and the hotel’s transfer is my 5 stars. The front desk staff was very nice and arranged the transfer to from airport for me but also to the air and space museum whenever requested. Will be back there again.

Room was average. However our room had a shower and the floor of the shower was super slippery. There were no grab bars and had to put a towel down to prevent slipping.
