I found out about High-Tech Auto and Truck center doing some research, I am the original owner of an older vehicle that needed some important work done it, and other repair shops didn't seem qualified. High-Tech turned out to be just what I was looking for, professional, high quality repair work and really great service.

Very pleasant very thorough and quick results. I am very impressed. Lived in Chantilly for 38 years never used them. Sorry I didn’t. I will be in the future. I now take that back, took it back to them because they didn’t fix it right and they didn’t stand behind it. They claim it’s a default. They had it all day and never even looked at it. Never go there again now I ride around with my windows fogged up all the time

The front desk Tim and Miss Taylor were very attentive, accurate and helpful to find parts, keeping me abreast of cost, and repair requirements for my old 21-year-old Chevy S10 and inspection of my 2003 CRV. Thanks to High tech and Tim, my car which needed a lot of fluids replaced and rear brakes replaced was taken care of and reasonably priced considering all the work to be done and it was done in a couple days. I called ahead a day or two before and they were able to get me in. They were also great communicating with me with any questions and concerns and updates including e-mailed online estimate that broke down everything to be done and you can decide what you want done online and it's confirmed right away. Also they are a certified shop so they use the best parts and fluids approved by the manufacturer of your car. Tim was also very kind and easy to talk to and the office is a nice place to wait if you have to there. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area who needs work done and will be going back again for any major repairs.

Brought a new to me TJ that needed some ac work done and the team at Hi-Tech Auto and Truck Center did a great job throughout the process. Did an honest and thorough inspection and the AC is blowing cold. Great communication throughout and will bring my jeep back if it gives me any issues. I can tell they are proud of what they do and it shows in how they run their shop.

I call in and clearly articulate that I have a 2 inch lift purchased on Amazon and would like it installed AND shared I have 120k miles on my truck and any preventive maintenance they would suggest. Tim, the owner took my call and literally said, “2 inch lift for a 2015 Tacoma no problem, “We lift Tacomas all the time” no problem. Bring it in.
When I dropped it off, I asked them to change the oil as well. He reads the paperwork and says, “Air conditioner, blah blah blah. No Tim, 2 inch lift which is on the passenger seat, oil change and ANY preventative maintenance you would suggest. I knew right away Tim doesn’t listen.
I drop it off and Uber back to Reston. Same day I receive a call from Tim that the oil is changed and truck is ready to be picked up. I asked about the 2 inch lift. He informed me that the break lines would need adjusting and something else to install the 2 inch blocks for the lift. Hey Tim, you said you lift tacomas all the time. Would have been nice if you asked a few more qualifying questions on the phone before saying “We do these lifts all the time”.
How about the suggestions on preventive maintenance? They forgot that too.
I’m sure once a vehicle comes off the lift, the work is done right otherwise they wouldn’t receive 4.8 stars. Tim is just an awful communicator, too distracted to listen to the customer. Advice - If you reach Tim, he will only capture 50% of what you’re saying. I believe there is a woman who works there who knows how to run the front of the office a tad better. Tim did listen to my frustration and waived the maintenance fee for my oil change. 2 days, changed my work schedule around, 2 Uber rides - All for an oil change.

Always professional and friendly. Tim and Taylor always treat their customers with honesty and up front information. I won’t take my sprinter van anywhere else. From oil changes to repairs, I trust them with my passenger vehicle. Plus they have snacks!!!!
