I sent 9 boxes to South Korea and all of the boxes arrived within a week including the customs clearance. The price was reasonable too. I will be using this service again.

I think this is a small Korean store, stuffed away in an area you would not expect. Ironically, we went there for fingerprinting for security documents. The place was really small and the door to the outside locked. It was a very strange experience. No bad, mind you. Just weird. I can neither recommend nor not recommend this place.

Wow! I was in and out..3 min. I went in for I-9 document verification. I was very apprehensive after reading the reviews but to be fair I did not need fingerprints and was dreading the encounter but the lady was very quick and friendly. Thank you!

If you need to fingerprint, do yourself a favor and do NOT come here even if you have to travel farther away. If I could, I'd choose to drive an hour+ away instead.
If you're thinking "it can't be that bad" here's some tips to get you through your appointment:
1) Appointment times apparently don't matter. You can arrive on time and still wait 15-30 minutes via first come first serve. Also they don't acknowledge you and you have to wait outside staring at the angry passive aggressive signs all over their door in the cold.
2) Have your documents READY. They want drivers license and preferably a credit card. If you don't, be prepared to be eaten alive by the Korean fingerprinting lady. She is forever in a foul mood it seems. She must live a very sad hard life. I am a no-nonsense individual and I came PREPARED and still received attitude. I also watched her eat two people alive in front of me and I felt sorry for them for being too stupid for this establishment to bear lol.
3) Be prepared that anything that goes wrong during fingerprinting is 100% your fault. The lady won't explain to you how to do it and scold you for doing it wrong. She is not a kind person and will make a lot of angry noises if the machine doesn't read your prints the first time. Dear employees, I'm sorry for being too stupid and for being born with stupid fingers. I am sorry my fingers are so much stupider than your wonderful smart big brain fingers. I hope one day, my fingers can become as intelligent as your naturally smart genius IQ level 165 fingers.
These people take advantage of the fact that you're completely reliant on their government related services. I would rather go to DMV seven days a week for a month than to come here one more time.
