I purchased a Rowe sectional which was delivered in January 2023. The sofa had been ordered incorrectly with the chaise unit on the wrong side. The salesperson was apologetic and re-ordered the sectional, which was fine, but I had to wait for delivery all over again.The first time I sat on the sofa and stood up I noticed that the cushions were really misaligned and crooked. They do not seem to settle back in the frame properly so they always look untidy. When I complained to the company, they replaced the cushions with a higher grade of cushion. These were only slightly better. They also tend to flatten after only about one month’s use. Then I noticed a large tear near the front bottom seam of one of the cushions. I believe this to be a fabric failure altho the company claims it was misused. There are no pets or small children in this home. And I am the only one who sits on the sofa and there are never any sharp or rough instruments near the sofa. The company replaced the cushions one more time, but I am stuck with a product that does not look nice and one that will likely show excess wear in a short amount of time. Hamilton’s customer service rep became defensive, angry, rude, and irrational when trying to work thru this problem.My advice is, if you are considering this Rowe product, be prepared for low performance and consider the upgraded cushion quality a mandatory part of your order.

If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!

This is a great store! We bought a chair from them and after using it a few weeks, it started making a loud sound. The store sent a repair guy out promptly. The chair needed a new part but the manufacturer was slow to send it. So the store just replaced the chair for us. Great customer service!

We visited Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery and they were amazingly helpful. His professionalism and knowledge of all the merchandise was superb and second to none! We ordered furniture and a lift chair with matching leather, and Michael will store it while our home is built. He is an angel in disguise!!! Thank you!!!

Walked in to see if they had Theatre seats and walked out purchasing exactly what I was looking for and more. They were informative & knowledgeable with all my questions. Bought a leather sectional from Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery. Service was great and they kept me informed on the status of the order and delivered the sectional when they said they would. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. We are very happy with the sectional and the quality and workmanship.

Her delivery crew got the sofa downstairs and thru a tight door at the end of a long day without a scratch. The leather is excellent quality and the sofa is well built. We were looking for a new leather couch and went back to the store as a previous purchase from 2019 we are still happy with. And so we ordered in the fall expecting delivery in April and it came early! So be all good delivery team we’re good and efficient in getting into the condo. Great looking couch comfortable and the size we wanted overall very happy.

Quality Furniture & Excellent ServiceI purchased a sofa from Hamilton's Sofa & Leather gallery and am very pleased with the value and comfort of my sofa, as well as the service Alex provided. He was very professional, not at all pushy, and did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and making strong recommendations. The service and quality of the furniture was far superior to all of the larger furniture stores in the area that I also visited. 11/10 would recommend.

Today we received our new love seat and sofa. We’re extremely happy with our purchase. You get what you pay for and these pieces are solidly made with real leather front, back and sides. The delivery gentlemen were very polite, professional, very quick and made sure we were happy with our pieces. They took all packaging away. I highly recommend the Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery.

The staff at the Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery is one the most professional and customer service-oriented staff I have ever encounter. The attention they give to each customer is extraordinary and very appreciated. I feel like a part of the family whenever I go into look at new furniture or to make a payment. He has made it a point to treat me and my wife with the utmost respect and genuine kindness. His co-worker also speaks to us with sincere kindness. In the future, whenever I think about buying furniture, the Leather Store will be my first stop, because of the A+ service and professionalism!

Yes, the furniture is great. Yes, I feel the price was fair. What makes me want to give this 5star review was what happened after the sale. Once I received the furniture, I had an issue with the order as I approached them I full expected a “song and dance” instead he stood behind his word and the store’s promise of great customer service. A person can buy nice furniture many places but is wonderful to know there are honest and trustworthy people at the Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery...

I had a great experience shopping at Hamiltons Sofa & Leather Gallery. I asked for customization of a dresser and they did an excellent job matching wood stain, drawer front and design. Workmanship is excellent. Customer service with them was informed and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were careful and personable. I’m extremely pleased with my furniture!
