Granite and Marble Express installed made and I stalled a countertop for my kitchen. It was a very large space and they managed making the seems unnoticeable. They carried the large section that did not fit in the elevator to the third floor through the staircase. The whole process of ordering, slab selection, measurement, and I stallation was done very professionally and in a short time. The technical staff, the office staff, and the installers demonstrated knowledge, confidence, and great customer service. It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone thinking of a new countertop.

We are so happy with our new granite counter top! We've not remodeled a kitchen before. The staff were informative and helped us along the way. Our installers were fabulous (Alex and Wilmer), too! I'd recommend Granite and Marble Express to friends and family!
Update: kept meaning to amend this review. Noticed a defect (break) in the countertop that had been repaired. The company and installers had to have know this but never mentioned it. So disappointed with them now

Masoud provided excellent customer service in walking us through the design and choices for our counter tops. The pricing was very competitive compared to other suppliers. Measurements and installation went off with no problems and we are very pleased with the results.

My experience with Granite & Marble Express was remarkable! I purchased quartz kitchen counters through Home Depot (on sale, installation included) and an amazing team from G&ME joined my project. This team did EVERYTHING with the utmost courtesy and professionalism: scheduling, measurements, greeting me as a walk-in at the facility, slab viewing, delivery, and installation. Zaya did all of the incredible behind the scenes work to get my project scheduled AND fast-tracked, following up frequently. The entire process from purchase to installation was much quicker than expected. Just 1 week after in-home measuring, my beautiful counters were delivered and installed. My very pleasant and courteous installer, Bako, and his team made quick and impressive work of installing my counters and cleaning up the job site. Thank you to Zaya, Edgar, Bako, Massoud and everyone involved with fabrication of my countertops at G&ME for your teamwork and a First Class experience!

Very good process from beginning to end. We built a fifteen foot long counter top for our office and used a laminated edge instead of a more expensive laminated edge. You cannot see the seam. It's perfect. The delivery guys did a great job navigating stairs and a freight elevator. I would not hesitate to use this company again. BTW this is the first time I have ever made a review on anything.

Purchased a beautiful quartz countertop from GME. Edgar assisted me with the whole process and was able to work with me on pricing. Thank you for that. Jonathan and his team did an amazing job with the install. He did not break anything and offered to lay drop cloth to the floor so they don't scratch the hardwood floors. Thanks for all the hard work Jonathan and all the people at GME who contributed to make this happen.

Very good experience overall replacing my kitchen countertop with the Calacatta Leon quartz and very happy with the final results. The sales office was very responsive to my questions and timely provided the info I needed to select from the various options. The installer was very professional and executed the job flawlessly. The only slight detraction was the post-installation plumbing work - pricey for the minimal connection service and the plumber did not have extra hoses on hand. One of the water hoses that came with my new faucet seemed a bit short and with some pulling the plumber was able to connect but a longer hose would have been better. The plumber should have been better prepared for that contingency.
