Great grocery store. This is one of our go-to places. There is a great selection of items at great prices. Make sure you use your Giant card to maximize your savings. The staff is excellent and always shows great customer service.

In this store they have a store manager, a Hispanic man who thinks a lot just because he has a manager's position, he doesn't know how to talk to people, he speaks very badly to them and has an unpleasant attitude, a very bad manager, they have this store very low, if the manager's rating is more polite and treat people well

Went there this Friday, early evening, around 5:30. Wasn't super busy, found everything that I was looking for, and each item was cheaper than any other grocery store in the area. The lady at checkout was super nice, and there was no line to stand in. A very good experience!!

Was buying several packages from the fresh meat section and noticed inconsistent pricing. When brought to the attention of the cashier, a manager came and quickly and kindly solved the issue.

I'm disappointed that they said they carried a brand of cookies my son-in-law loves. I bought them there before. Drove an hour to get them. They had none, and there was no one who spoke English or Spanish that i could ask about them. I'm not sure even calling would have helped. The manager was very nice and tried to help, but she really needed someone in the bakery department who knew what's what.

I have been to this store at least once or twice a week in the past 4-5 months, always in the evening after 5. The customer service is sub par, from the management and the young employees sometimes do not know much. They have printers that do not work, have to wait so long when your groceries do not ring properly and need assistance and the manager is alway angry. Since management is poor, it obviously trickles down to the other employees.

Bought a $100 Apple Gift Card, went home to redeem it, the code was invalid. Called up Apple Support to then have them tell me the Card was invalid and needed to be exchanged. Came back to the store an hour later and Giant employees said the code will be activated within 24 hours. Next 24 hours I wait and still try to redeem but with no luck. I come back and they say the same thing but this time 24-48 hours it will redeem. I ask for refund but Giant employees again dismiss the problem and say it’s not their fault for selling an invalid faulty Apple gift card. I’d honestly prefer shopping at Walmart than this place.

I been leaving in south riding for more than 11 years and this is why i dont come to Giant. Such a bad customer service!!!! I am pregnant so im coming here to use WIC but night shift ppl are ridiculously rude. Me and my husband always go at night time after work to get my lactose milk but this time i had to let my husband go by himself since im almost due. When i was on speaker phone with my husband lady name KAYLA keep saying lactose milk is not covered by WIC n try to fight with my husband. KAYLA stated that she never since WIC covers lactose’s milk but i been getting past five months so Excuse me??? So if you want to talk to my husband or me like that she needs to know what you’re talking about. Hopefully this will reach out to her n know not to talk to a customer with disrespect. AND STOP TOUCHING/TAPPING SOMEONE ELSE CELL PHONE WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!
