Unlimited membership with clean n shine tires,had to ask for shine tires and wipe wasters after wash... usually they just don't for it in diff locations.

This is definitely their worst location. Takes forever to pay due to bad traffic flow and outdated POS machines.

Jose and his team of detailers did the full interior detail package on a very dirty 2006 CR-V I was having cleaned for a sick friend. We were all skeptical at first, due to how dirty the car was inside, but Jose and the others did an AMAZING job with AMAZING results!!! They really went above and beyond, and the price and time for the full detailing was well worth the results; I'd even say it was a bargain!

No detail cleaning for $45 at all and then they rush you to move away because they have other car in line.

Outside wash misses everything and doesn’t even have enough force to clean a windshield, oh and they no longer let you vacuum your car yourself they have it blocked off and don’t let you do it even though they advertise it on their website you can use their vacuums

Meh, after the wash there were still dirt on the front of the car from a road trip a two days before. Mentioned it to the personal and they removed some of it with minimal effort but was told I have to pay for hand wash to get rid of mosquitoes.

Went to try this location. Initially liked it as it had larger turn radius into the main car wash line. I noticed the attendant did not affix a cover onto the rear windshield wiper blade, not always an issue as it depends on the car wash. I then pulled out and backed into a self vacuum only space. I had finished the front driver floor mat when an employee told me that at that location, there was no self-service vacuum and the customers had to pay for both inside and outside wash. I told the employee there were no signs posted nor was there anything listed on the locations website page. I left and filed a complaint online with Flagship. I then went to the Vienna, VA location where the turns are tighter, but they don't regulate your self-service vacuum use. I do not plan to go back to this location ever again unless they figure themselves out with regard to having self-service vacuum spaces, but don't allow their use by membership customers.

So I used to have a membership with flagship and cancelled due to really bad experience at a different location. I had gone to this location many times never had an issue customer service was great and the cleaning of the vehicle. This is my first time back after the remodeling. I saw there was a special coupon so I used it for one time cleaning because I have been contemplating of signing back up again. Once again I was disappointed the customer service was fine but as you can see in the picture below the cleaning was not great the seats didn't even get moved up to vacuum underneath . As well as the windows still had smudges. Very disappointing

Bad experience, I paid 44 dollars to wash my car, they didn't clean my wheels properly, the dashboard was poorly cleaned and finally they removed the protector from my vehicle's screen, they told me that it was them, because they are not "naughty" but the protector was lying on the floor very poor service for the price

Worst car wash experience. They charged $38 for inside and outside. At that price I would expect it to be spotless but no. Cupholders were barely touched, passenger seat still had crumbs and they left a water bottle in the car. Now I could accept this if they weren’t so incredibly rude! I asked one of the employees about membership and she rudely pointed at someone else and quickly walked away. I go inside to buy a car freshener, which they used to sell last time I was there, and the guy in the office doesn’t look up and barks “we don’t have them!”. I always tip but not this time. Employees seemed annoyed when I didn’t immediately see them when they waved me over and they didn’t say thank you or anything. Awful service and prices. Avoid!

Just got my car washed and it looks great. More importantly Eric at the gate was super nice and helpful. His customer service goes a long way and will have me return soon.

I decided to give Flagship Carwash a second chance after a horrible experience at a different location. This time, I used a $17 coupon, which was the only reason I was willing to return.
Upon arriving, I noticed a crew of eight people waiting for my car. Surprisingly, despite having so many workers and my car being the only one there, the job was rushed and mediocre. I specifically had to ask one lady to vacuum again, and after 10 minutes, she claimed she was done. However, once I got home, I realized they hadn’t even touched the third row.
Unfortunately, this place is just BAD. I’m relieved I only spent $17 because if I had paid the regular price of $44, I would have felt twice as robbed. Businesses like this need to understand that they cannot charge such high prices without delivering value. Well, they’ve lost another customer.
