I had an issue with my Teslas charging port breaking during the car wash, but Alex was so helpful and communicated with me during the repair process. I got my Tesla repaired and sent the invoice to Alex. He kept me updated via phone calls and texts and worked with the company to mail me a refund for the repair. Leaving this review due to Alex professionalism.

Update: The carwash doesn't do a good job of cleaning rims and front of the car. The prewash spray gets sprayed only on one side of the car. It'd be great if prewash was sprayed on both sides of the car by the worker running the wash station. Before Flagship purchased this location, the previous owner had 2 workers at the station and they sprayed both sides of the car. Does it make sense to spray the prewash on just one side of the car???

Go here all the time and nothing but great service. Today, my kids destroyed my car inside and the staff ran it through twice to take care of it. Exceptional service! Recommend 100%!

Hi I when to have regular services detail in this location south riding and the customers services I have it was excellence I pay less then I think for full details of the car they leave very clean Mrs Alex manager was very helpful and professional guidelines in every step of the detail of the vehicle they provided me I am happy left with my car and will definitely come back again soon I total recommend it..

They are usually very good about cleaning and detailing. However, recently it hasn't been the case. :/ They were making small yet very noticeable mistakes today and I was there at 830ish am. Please pay more attention on the interior doors.
Love your services as I use it often. And hopefully next time I won't be left feeling cheated ?. I pay too much money to be feeling like I got cheated.

After being repeatedly disappointed with this location- I will no longer take my vehicle here.
No thank you. Bach seat was folded up during subpar cleaning job and wasn't even put down. ?

Invested $36 in the ultimate car wash and they did a TERRIBLE job on the truck. It looked no bugs were cleaned off of the front, the center console wasn’t wiped down at all and the dash was hardly touched (see pics). Hard to believe with 8 - 10 people wiping everything down. The assembly line concept looks impressive from the waiting area. All for show…Hope you have better luck than us.
