Ashu is very professional and very knowledgeable about real estate market. He was very flexible with showing me houses accommodating my work schedule. He helped me understand the entire process and was by my side every step of the way. He is also very patient not putting pressure on you to close. He explained the pros and cons of every house and every neighborhood we visited. I will definitely give him 5 star rating based on my experience and will use his services in future and refer him to my friends and family.

I want to thank HomeLight for connecting me to a top notch A+ real estate agent Ashu from Vashist Group. I interviewed two agents - Phillip Johnson from 1245 team and Ashu from Vashist Group. Ashu was amazing from day one. He was very responsive to emails, text and phone calls. Communication was critical for me. I live in south carolina and my rental condo was in penderbrook fairfax, va. He worked hard for me in every aspect, from inspecting the house, working with contractors, penderbrook association and property management company.The tenant was interested in buying the condo and he worked with the buyers agent in price negotiation and also gave me a credit. Sold the condo in a few weeks and I didn't have to go for closing !!!A true hardworking professional, who went really above and beyond what most agents do for their clients. If you are an out of State client, I would definitely recommend Ashu from Vashist Group.

Rajeev and Ashu are fantastic realtors! We moved here from out-of-state and were so happy and fortunate to have Rajeev and Ashu assist us in our home search. They did an excellent job in helping us find our beautiful NEW construction home in Willowsford. Rajeev is very good realtor in Virginia area, he helped my cousin sell his house so easily that we agreed to have him as agent to sell our own house. He is very experienced, patiently listens to all of your needs, went through all details in entire selling process helped us in each and every step of the process. He spent many hours for looking into all house details setting up the house, was there in person during open house himself and within week we had offer from some one to buy our house.I will definitely recommend him to others.

We approached Rajeev 10 years ago to help us buy a resale home in Ashburn. He showed us exactly 1 house in Ashburn and then cleverly tried to get out of showing us any more homes by coercing us into a new build in South Riding. We were young and naive and fell for his parlor tricks. Going with Rajeev and buying the new home in SR are decisions I regret to this day.I can assure you he is NOT the kind of realtor who has your best interests in mind. He is the type who tries to get the most out putting in minimal effort.My advice to those looking for South Asian realtors - There are so many of them out there now. Talk to people, look up ratings, do a little research and I assure you that you will find one MUCH better than Rajeev Vasisht.
