We had an excellent experience at the Falls Church Ferguson Showroom this morning. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and immediately helped. Lars C. assisted us and found the exact under cabinet sink we were looking for. Great service and warm, efficient staff.

We bought all our appliances for our new house through Ferguson. The lady that was in charge of helping us, her name is Victoria, had our kitchen layout drawings to work with but she still sent us a fridge/freezer combination with doors that open the wrong way. See photo.When I asked her if they could send the correct door configuration, she simply said no. I asked if they could just swap the fridge/freezer location, they said it will cost me $1200 for their labor.At this point, I don't know know what to do. I really regret buying my appliances through Ferguson, when I had other suppliers to choose from in the beginning..

I was really surprised when I called today to ask for a copy of the receipt of a faucet I bought with them, which is under warranty, and the operator told me that they do not keep copy of receipts for more than one year. She didn’t even try to suggest a solution. Very bad customer service!

I went into the showroom to purchase 4 appliances-- total over $20k. had to make appointment. came back with appointment with Jon. He was unable to show me any of the appliances but said he could order. said he would send me a quote. that was over a week ago. Going elsewhere. Looks like my experience is not isolated. Very poor customer seevice
