Everyone is great at Family Vet from check in, to the vet techs and Dr’s Hendrickson and Dr Chau. My dog is a big chicken and they are always so nice to him.

This review is long overdue, we’ve taken our 3 dogs (2 English Labs and 1 XL American Bully) to Dr. Chau at Family Vet ever since she opened her practice in 2008.
Staff there has always been top notch and Dr. Chau explains all options for our dogs. Over the years one dog had seizure so bad they had to remove his inner ears and Dr. Chau had the perfect balance for his medication to keep his seizures under control but not too much meds. Another dog had his ACL replaced through a surgeon that Dr. Chau set up to have done at her location. The one lab lived until he turned 15 and towards the end of his life Dr. Chau had him on different treatments ie underwater treadmill, laser, and Acupuncture for his hips. Until his death at 15 years old he got around great for a 90lbs lab. All three dogs were very different and Dr. Chau always took the approach specific to the dog and not, “one size fits all” approach. I wish our family doctor had bedside manners like Dr. Chau. Although we live close, if we had to travel to see Dr. Chau for our XL American Bully we would without even thinking about it.
I attached pics of our Lab that lived until 15 years old, in the 1 picture he was 13 years old running through the snow, the other picture he was with Dr. Chau when he was almost 15. The other pictures are of our tri color XL American Bully and he’s almost 4 years old. One pic he’s with his brother from the same litter who also goes to Family Vet and another is of him waiting for Dr. Chau … he looks forward to her treats :)

Family Veterinary is an awesome place. They are always friendly and accommodate my large dog that does not always get along with other pets. I'm really thankful that I found them.

We have been happy with Family Veterinary Hospital of Stone Ridge. We usually see Dr. Hendrickson. She's great with our pups and always gives good advice to help them.

I have been taking my for babies to this practice for the last couple of years. Every time I bring them in, I am reminded of what a great choice in made in joining this group of doctors. Their customer care and support, including front desk staff, for my animals is unparalleled to any other vet in my area. If you are looking for a vet to which to take your fur babies, I highly recommend Veterinary hospital Stoneridge.

Dr Kim and her assistant we wonderful with our dog Mia she is a rescue that we got atFOHA She is still skittish but the staff was great with her. They were thorough and explained everything to us I recommend them to all. Thanks for being here for Mia and her family

Dr. Chau and her staff have been amazing! They went above and beyond in taking care of my dog when she needed surgery and post surgery care. We used to go to a large national Vet chain and my dog had learned to be stressed about going to the Vet. But Dr. Chau and her staff has made her feel comfortable visiting the vet now after transferring here.

I can’t say enough about this practice. I’ve had many vet experiences, and they are by far the best. Dr. Hendrickson is extremely thorough, responsive, and has great bedside manner. She’s the only one I trust with my cat now. ?

Dr. Hendrickson has been amazing with my two dogs. I treat my dogs like family members, and only trust her with making sure they stay healthy. My one dog had a lot of issues with bladder stones last year, and she went above and beyond doing research and trying to figure out a way to stop the bladder stones from recurring. My other dog is older and she was so gentle and patient with her. If you want a veterinarian who truly cares about your pet, then this is the place to go.

Dr Hendrickson is amazing . She removed a mass on my dog's paw. The whole process was extremely smooth. The surgery was very affordable ! Dr Chau is very attentive , sent me my x rays right away . I highly recommend this Vet for all your pets needs!
