Nathan was attentive and helpful when I brought the vehicle for its annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. He explained the other services the car might need. I will continue bringing our vehicle to this location for maintenance.

Sometimes prices advertised in carfax or their own website will require escalation with the sales Manager or branch manager so they are actually respected. I suggest better training. Also, new cars have dealer fees plus transportation fees in total around $2,500-2,800.

Came in with my wife and young son. Was greeted by Allen Rivani. Very polite and professional. Bought a car from him and he was helpful throughout the process. Came in a few weeks later and was still friendly and helpful even though he had already made the sale.

I had a good expirience at Fair Oaks Motors. The employees are vert friendly, they know what your needs looking for new vehicle. They have good offers. I went to 5 different dealers and Fair Oaks is the best. So if you're looking for a new car or pu truck, go to Fair Oaks Motors and ask for Walter, he will do anything to help you, he is the best.

Walter was incredible, no other dealer could find the truck I was looking for, he showed me on his computer and we searched together and found what I wanted and I really value my wife's opinion.
