I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the friendly and professional staff. Doctor Harjot Kaur was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. I especially appreciated how personalized the exam felt; they truly listened to my concerns and made sure I got the best care possible. I left feeling confident in my eye health, and I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you!

We had outstanding service during our visit to the MyEyeDr office on Centreville Road in Chantilly, VA. Luz, the Licensed Optician, fitted both my husband and I for glasses. We are both very happy with her expert guidance and courtesy. We will definitely return in the future!

After an unfortunate incident I was deeply in need of a fast glasses repair. The ladies at the front desk were both very kind and welcoming, and service from Maggie was truly exceptional! She did an amazing job fixing my bent glasses.

I've been coming to MyEyeDr. (at different locations) for over 8 years for my annual eye check-ups, and met with Dr. Hong for the first time at the Chantilly location. After my most recent visit, I felt compelled to write my first review to share my best experience yet! With a complicated eye history, I truly appreciated Dr. Hong’s exceptional willingness to listen and provide thoughtful, thorough diagnostics and feedback. His level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Hong and looking forward to many more visits!

Dr. Hong is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain what he was looking at in the eye scans and sharing the different contact options available. When I ordered a set of contacts that weren't fitting well, they were able to fit me in quickly and Dr. Hong and the team was able to help me purchase a new set of contacts that fit perfectly. The staff is very friendly, there's plenty of parking, and the online appointment system was very effective. Overall very satisfied with my appointment and I'll be making all my future appointments with Dr. Hong. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience when I was seen by Dr. Hun. I went in as a brand-new patient because I had something in my eye for 4 days straight. I was very worried about how he'd get the object out if there was one, if it was actually a scratch, and just overall worried about the entire situation. Dr. Hun was very gentle, understanding, and patient. He immediately located what was in my eye and gently removed it without me feeling any pain. I'm so thankful!

It was my first time visiting this Chantilly Myeyedr location as well as seeing Dr. Hong for a regular eye exam. It was a great experience from start to finish as everyone I came across from the front desk to the doctor was welcoming and professional.
Dr. Hong was thorough during my eye exam and I appreciated how he took plenty of time explaining what the test results meant for someone with a high astigmatism like me. He even recommended we take additional retinal pictures at a different angle because of something suspect that came up in an earlier picture. Unlike some of the past Myeyedr optometrists, Dr. Hong documented everything we had discussed during our visit and made sure a follow up was scheduled after our time was up. Very professional, looking forward to see him and the rest of this location’s staff again.

My daughter had her vision exam there last week. She planned to use her vision insurance toward her eye exam and contact lenses and private pay for a new pair of glasses. She was told after her exam was completed that her insurance was not available to use until August 30 which would have been good information to know before her visit. Being the kind person that she is ...she paid the $255. fee for the exam and didn't complain. Of course she did'nt realize that her last exam at this same practice had been less than a year ago and certainly wished that she had checked. It seems that someone from the practice was a little lazy or deceptive not to check....or not to tell her befor her visit. I worked in eyecare for 40 years. This behavior would not have been acceptable by my employer or tolerated by our patients. This is very poor customer service and will result in loss of revenue and patient retention. Would not recommend this office ...seems that sometimes the small private practices that are bought by chains become too large to care.

When you go in, the person you need to talk to is Charkita the general manager! She is super friendly, the most importantly she knows what she’s doing and she actually wants to help! We need more people like her in this country like seriously!!Thank you so much for helping you made my day dear! ?
