Stopped by this gas station for a routine inspection, and I was impressed with the quality of service. The mechanic shop is well-organized, and the team is very professional. I also had a tyre change done, and they did a great job.

Nick A is fantastic. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop for all your vehicle needs.
As a hysterical/frantic mother who was stranded almost an hour from home with a cranky toddler and limited funds, I was not my best self. Nick was understanding, calm, patient, and professional. He was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle back on the road quickly so that we could arrive home safely.
I wish I had cash on me to give him the tip he so very much deserves, so the least I can do is write this review.

I Take my car this morning to gas station Exxon in 14000 Lee Jackson Hwy in Chantilly. I want my inspection and emissions done. They told me you need to change one tire and tag lights. I end up changing four tires for my vehicle they give me the price when I come back to pick up my car they charge me different price what they give me in the morning invoice. I talked to the manager Nick he was keep looking at me. He cannot explain why he charged me different price when I keep questioning him. He told me paid the invoice and don’t come back here again if you don’t like it. The manager Nick he is very sneaky person. He has very bad attitude. I do not recommend anyone to go this gas station. I go to this gas station more than five years for all my inspection and emission and repairs plus I pump the gas there for six vehicles for my company. I feel sorry for the owner gas station. Very bad management no customer service when you take your car there for emission or inspection you have to be ready to spend thousand or more on your car. I don’t recommend anybody to go there for his emission or inspection.
I wish if I can give them zero star, but I give them one because I cannot remove one star.

Went to get my car inspected and Ali, the inspector/ mechanic failed my inspection stating the front rotors are bad and tried to lure me into $400 brake job. Took the car to a different inspection station and Yes, the car not only passed the inspection but was told there is nothing wrong with my rotors. Stay Away from this place if you don’t want to waste $20 and get a FAILED sticker.

I went for a safety inspection, and they quoted me $1,000 worth of repairs. My dad, who’s a mechanic, fixed everything they listed. When I went back, they claimed the issues weren’t fixed because the previous inspector marked the right pinion instead of the left. I explained that this was a mistake, and the left one had indeed been fixed. I even showed before and after pictures. Despite this, the inspector refused to lift the car to take a closer look. It’s ridiculous to tell me to replace something that was just replaced the day before.
