I stayed for one night at this extended stay and just wanted to add a review so people have some data to make their decisions. I went on a weekend with my cat so I could attend a nearby cat show at the conference center.
First of all, the front desk staff were SO friendly and accommodating. The guests in the hotel were also really friendly and would say hello when passing or chat while waiting for service. I really appreciated that!
This is a smoking-allowed motel, which I hadn't realized when booking which is completely on me. I probably would not have selected this hotel if I had known that, because I was staying there with my cat and I'm totally a nervous pet parent, but he was completely fine. Only mentioning this so others can be aware that there is a tobacco smell. If you have an air purifier, it's worth bringing (it's a good call for filtering out lingering covid-19 droplets, but in this case it helped with the smell too).
The room was clean, but not spotless. Definitely serviceable, but dated. In hotel reviews, when people say "the furniture is dated" they aren't just talking about the style--they're talking about the wear and tear. The bathroom had some hair dye (I think) stains, the carpet had stains, the toilet was a bit chipped, but that doesn't mean it wasn't CLEAN. It was clean, just worn. There was one loose contact lens under the bed and a hair or two, but nothing major. But if you are bringing a pet or a kid, definitely double check everywhere (you should do that at any hotel of course!)
Lastly, and most importantly: There were no bed bugs or other pests. This is the number one thing I check for when looking at reviews, so I can let you know that as of July 2024, there are no bed bugs!
Extended Stay staff--you guys are great. You're putting in a lot of work to make this hotel clean and friendly.

My experience here has been good especially with Clay who works at the front desk.He is very respectful and very well liked by all who have stayed at this location. I have witnessed him train all new employees that have came here he is definately a leader.All staff are very friendlyand do their very best to accommodate your every need while staying here they are just a great bunch. My only concern is no cameras in parking lots but hopefully they will work on that.
Walkability: Shopping center walking distance.
