happened to me was dent rear bumper when i took the car when i returned the car they told me this not there before when you took the car and don't believe me . but i was lucky i did purchase full coverage insurance from them.

Had an appointment to be picked up at 9:30 am on 1/2/24. No one ever came to get me and nothing was communicated to me. I had to find a ride to come see what is going on and have been currently waiting in the lobby with no help for 5 minutes and still going. Do not recommend.

I have never had a problem with Enterprise. This rental was a loaner through Moore Cadillac. Note I'm not complaining, this rental was free. However, the car was not washed and there was no windshield washer fluid. I would rent from Enterprise. I would request it be washed and I'll check the fluids.

A word of warning when dealing with Enterprise, make sure you video and take pictures of the car you are renting and return it back to the same place and take numerous pictures and video of every inch of that car. Also realize that no one will believe you, Enterprise deals with your insurance company and they have a "relationship" so your insurance company will just pay them. Even with video, my insurance company told me they would probably pay them. We learned the hard way so I am warning you, no one will believe anything you show them or say, they want to get their car painted because it already had scratches, documented by the Enterprise person so all of a sudden there exists some damage, which by the way their own person who picked up the car from the collision place did not see when he walked around the car. Then when you want to see the car it has already been taken to the repair show and they send you pictures of what car who knows. Just heed my warning I will NEVER use them and will tell all of my friends and anyone who needs to rent a car, for convenience, don't do it.

They are the biggest thieves in history, they made me pay a deposit of 100 dollars and my insurance pays 900 dollars and I used a truck for 22 days and if we calculate 22x40 = 880 and first they call me telling me that it will happen with 2 days and that that 2 days they are going to take it away from the 100 dollars of deposit and now they tell me that that is the taxes damn thieves

The staff is courteous, helpful and very informative. Since I was in a unique situation where my rental timeline kept on changing the staff kept me informed of all the deadlines and let me know when to contact the insurance company to extend the rental agreement. They brought the car to the body shop and asked me to leave the car there. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Customer service was fine. Just wished they told me I could have taken the rental to the shop to pick up my car after the work was done on it. Communication goes a long way.

Instead of just picking me up to get the vehicle, they actually dropped it off to me at my residence, which was very convenient. The vehicle was odorless and appeared to be clean. When I brought it back, the clerk seemed surprised that I would want to be dropped back off at my house, which was little weird (because how else would I get home without calling a cab?), but fortunately they got someone to drive me home. I was in-and-out in about 15 minutes.

Kaitlin was really great. She was super efficient, friendly, and helpful. I had several issues including leaving my son's game console in the car when I returned and they quickly got back to me stating they found it which I dearly appreciated not having to spend another couple hundred dollars on top of the vacation we just got back from.There's car was 4 out of 5 stars only because we had to return the first van we rented due to a broken rear wiper; but Kaitlin was quick to save the day and make things right.Will definitely be back.
