My vehicle was involved in accident insurance company got a reservation for large SUV at this location, Devin (enterprise)called me to confirm the reservation and I said make sure is a large SUV, Devin told me we don’t have one but we’ll get one for you, Came in picked up a nice black suburban, the customer service was excellentThey rock definitely coming back for rental if I need it

The young lady, Ebony, working here today was very polite and helpful. She immediately acknowledge my arrival when she was busy attending to 2 customers. She looked up my reservation and it was for noon. I arrived a little after 10. She said she will check to see what she can do. She got me an SUV, and got the car cleaned up for me. Ot turned out, the SUV is the Nissan Armada ?. That's not an SUV! It's a bus!! ? I told her that I dont know if I can drive it too many days because its so big. She arranged for me to trade the bus for a small vehicle on Wednesday morning. Whew! I used this Enterprise location many times because of many unfortunate car situations and the location is convenient. I always use my most reliable body shop, Chantilly Auto Body. Although it has been many years, both companies have been excellent and took care of my car needs.

One of the worst enterprise locations I have visited. They had more then 7 cars but they only gave me one choice and every time I asked for a vehicle they made a silly excuse for it; Just to not give it to me.

I was in a rental at this location because my car was being repaired at Jaguar during the time I lost my father so they were not able to reach me I came in as soon as I got back into into town and was threatening with the vehicle being an unauthorized use of the vehicle because they did I was in a rental at this location because my car was being repaired at Jaguar during the time I lost my father so they were not able to reach me I came in as soon as I got back into into town and was threatening with the vehicle being an unauthorized use of the vehicle because they did not they could not receive funds from my card that was on file with them.I am mediately went and paid a balance of $518 and then was told that they red flag me and I could never rent from them ever Troy was very untrustworthy, he first told me everything will be OK once I pay the balance and a new deposit and I did all of those things and still was red flag and not able to rent a vehicle and I live an hour away so it was it just bad just bad customer service insensitive communication I just feel so wrong as a customer. Steve the manager was no better I would not suggest anyone go to rent a car from this location ever . My father passed away and now I’m stuck without a vehicle to get to my doctors appointments and to make funeral arrangements. They are the worst at this location. Very rude, untrustworthy, insensitive to the needs of the consumer. I keep getting one lie after the next. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you have a ride home when you drop off your car. They will pick you up but they will not drop you off.

Alex is the guy to talk to. He worked with me to get picked up to get my rental and dropped off when I was done with it. He took the time to explain and show me all the features in the vehicle.

The worst service ever!!! changed $250.00 on my credit card without notifying me first and put me hold for more than 5 min when I called them to find out what was going on. They should tell customers what they will charge for before making ANY money transactions.

It was so. I had ordered a 12 passenger van and ended up with a 15 passenger. The company web site listed the 12s as being Fords but I ended up with a Chevy.

Shame on you ! This location is not trust worthy. I returned a vehicle in the evening . Next morning I remembered I forgot a small box in the returned vehicle trunk. I called this location early morning , and I gave them exact description of the lost item. He asked me several questions and what’s in the box , I said a ring for my daughter . He kept me on hold for 10 minutes , and then he got back to me saying “We found the box “ but there’s no ring in the box ! “ interestingly , he found the ring pouch from Bloomingdales and all packagings , but the ring has vanished! Meaning it was stolen by someone from the employees ! Shame on you!
