“I read the bad review from “King Hotrod” and am totally confused by it. I dealt with Kamran, who is AMAZING. Kamran is a diamond in the rough. He’s will not do work on your TV, just to make a buck, when he KNOWS it’s not going to fix the problem. If the fix (and the commission you will have to pay him for doing the repair) cost MORE then buying a new TV, Kamran is going to tell you. Honestly, what more could you ask for from a guy whose job and income are DEPENDENT on doing the work?!? Unless “King Hotrod” dealt with someone other than Kamran, the problem was with King Hotrod, not Kamran. As long as I live here, I have found the person I’m going to call when I have a problem with my TV. It’s Kamran. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for a TV repair guy, stop looking. You’ve found him. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews & I felt compelled to leave this one. He could have fixed what I THOUGHT was the problem & charged me. He would have made money. It wouldn’t have fixed the problem & because of this, he ended up not doing the work and more importantly, not getting a commission. I will recommend Kamran to everyone I know, which unfortunately, isn’t a lot. So that’s why I’m telling you. You’ve found the guy you want to work on your TV. Look not further.”
“This place has a wide selection of video games from throughout gaming history, and the majority of it looks to be in pretty good shape. They also have a lot of collectibles and merch for games and anime, many of which is kinda random but still cool. Only major problem I have is the location. It’s a bit hidden away in a random building in what looks like an Office park behind the Dulles Expo center. I honestly had to double check I was in the right place. If you’re really into gaming i recommend checking this place out, but use navigation to get there.”
“When I arrived to pickup my online order, it was already loaded on a cart and ready to go. An associate brought the 8 batteries out to my car, loaded each one and another associate brought me my receipt at my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.”
