Never ever use the counter to order and pick up. It. Will cost you an entire day waiting. Instead order online and pick up at will call or have it shipped. Not worth an hour waiting to be attended when there’s 3 customers in the entire store.

Very good customer service, very good service. The negatives are the waiting times and that most of the product is in the warehouse. You must know exactly what you are looking for with name, style, model, etc.
