HORRIBLE - VERY RUDE, IT'S LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB, FILE THE WRONG PRESCREPTIONS, WON'T ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WHEN YOU ARE PICKING UP PRESCRIPTION. JUST EMBARRASING BAD, I AM NO LONGER COMING HERE. THEY FORGET TO APPLY INSURANCE AS WELL WHEN YOU TRY TO CORRECT THEM THEY GET UPSET.

Pharmacist her name was (Park) very rude, does not care and is dishonest. Which is incredibly dangerous when we are talking about pharmacists. She also did not care to apologize or recognize her mistake. She just grunted and walked away. The young girls working there were nice and seemed intimidated by her.I had to read some reviews to confirm what just happened. Only to find more negative reviews. There's no smoke without a fire.

I don’t understand the big deal on the Bathroom situation. If you see a parent asking for bathroom it’s cause their kid has to go. He had the middle eastern man & the middle eastern women tell my husband they don’t have one in their language. And that’s just RUDE. I went back in and the man TRIED to tell me they don’t have one. I pointed to the exact door it was at & that it had a pin. So I couldn’t get in.I don’t get upset easily. But I also don’t appreciate this stupid bathroom rule when I have a kid who needs to use the bathroom. Stop being inconsiderate and start having better customer service.Like the customer service in my books just with this one situation is trash. I believe all the other reviews too. Be better.

The pharmacist is very rudeI asked her to use the good rx coupon which brings the medication down to $4.88, she told me no it is above $8. There is no way if she used the coupon gives her different amount of what I have!!Unprofessional

As a frequent shopper of CVS for years it was a welcomed change with the customer service we received during our last visit. At the start of our shopping we look and scoured for an item that was listed online but not available in the aisle. We talked with Nenna our sales rep who walked us down the aisle to look for our item. After searching Nenna walked us back to the counter and searched the item online. After those attempts was unsuccessful Nenna called her Manger Raj we searched the store goods but was still unsuccessful. As a last attempt Raj took us down the drink aisle where we found our item. The overall grace and patience displayed by Nenna and Raj was very much appreciated!Thank you guys so much!

My god, this has to be the worst place for customer service. Literally, every time I go there to purchase something, I have issues with the cashiers. All old women, they have no respect towards the customers, they talk very aggressively and gets offended when you ask simple questions. I wish I knew the name of all 3 rude women, but the only one I remember is Neena. These women either need a full proper training (basic customer service 101) or they need to find a different profession, because customer service would be the last position I would put them on if I was the manager there. I strongly advise the management team to act upon this right request away.

I was parked in the CVS parking lot taking pictures of incoming aircraft to Dulles. I filled up my memory cards and thought I had brought a spare.I hadn't. :-(I trekked into CVS and asked the attendant up front for assistance. He was most gracious in showing me the cards they had available. I was struck by how polite and courteous he was, to the point that I went ahead and bought a few other things in CVS as well.Politeness in retail is becoming a rare trend these days. When I encounter it, I not only encourage it but I patronize the business too. :-)Overall, a great experience at the Sully Plaza CVS!

I have 2 CVS near me and this one is in my neighborhood. I've been coming to this CVS for 20+ years. Always a great experience!!!In the last 3 years I've had to come to the pharmacy often for Covid shots for my entire family including parents, to collect my meds or my elderly neighbors or family members; I am so happy to write I've always always had an amazing experience. My meds are ready before I expect them, I get texts letting me know when I can come and get my prescriptions, they call my doctor for me to request refills and I have to say they are the absolute #BEST!!!!! Just perfect every time. Keep up the good job guys!!!!

im not a fan of CVS or any of the big pharmacies so i went here with a lowered expectation and still it wasnt low enough. normally i use costco or sams, they usually meet exception and if they dont its not a failing of staff. anyways i needed a covid pcr test a pre-surgical requirement , not feeling sick and fully vaxed - the online direction was i had to use the drive thru so theres an immediate drop in interaction w all pharm staff at drive thru, i was asked verbally for PHI information,anyone in area can hear it - this is a horrible practice... i had questions i wanted to ask about rapid tests - it was clear CVS and its staff were there to collect my money and allow me to help CVS profits not so we can both gain benefit from commerce just support the cvs execs and shareholders. the drop box for collection was outside and not secure, my phi and sample were at risk if anyone wanted to take it. CVS didnt take the surgeons order that i showed them so he wont get a copy of my results directly and i might have to pay for all of it b/c insurance may not cover any w/o doctors order.go to costco or sams - no membership required for prescription pharms, vax or anything behind the counter
