Poor customer service with very unhappy staff. Called me once after a diagnostics. Missed the call. They never answered my call. Made me wait in line twice. Warranty not covered.

✅: bananas, brown eggs, milk, nuts, tuxedo gananche bar cake (3 different choco), clementines, vanilla, car battery
seasonal: chestnuts, melona, chobani, pineapple, straw/blueberry, nonni's thin addictives (mango), biscotti, gharadelli , flooring
avoid: kirkland apple strudel - a chewy sugary pie , kirkland premium vanilla icecream- it has good ingredients yet overwelmingly sugary, raisin bran -if you enjoy picking out candied raisins, 9" round chocolate cake -my bro whom thrives on poptarts said it was too sweet
not hating on sugar , but it felt like eating tablespoons of it. otherwise some of the bakery items look good for the price
staff/service works hard! though it's a warehouse atmosphere. and fam loves the pizza out of the oven

Stars revised - moved from 2 stars to 4 stars
Pick times when it is not crowded. Then the shopping experience is much better and the staff are relaxed and in a much better mood. Avoid weekends - it's a madhouse. Hard to find parking and you will easily spend a couple of hours shopping and waiting to check out.
I give it only 4 stars because they don't sell anything in reasonable quantities. I don't need 2 large cantaloupes or 2 large Nutella jars.

Parking is a nightmare …. There is hardly a day, weekend or not, that you’d find a place to park in the first go

Costco offers an excellent variety of products at competitive prices. The quality is consistently high and the customer service is exceptional. The stores are spacious and well organized, making the shopping experience easy. Highly recommended for wholesale purchases.

looking for quick 32 degrees summer clothes without the jam packed parking at Sterling's costco. Much better....parking was still at a premium but could be done with patience. Fast lines with lots of workers to help....as always. Worth the membership for sure as we found that Kirkland Brand dog food was the same as our longtime Tractor Supply food...both stores are fun but Costco has so much more to ooh and ahhhh over...like new 2024 TVs $$$

My son got a muffin with a broken rubber glove inside of the muffin. The only offer the store manager was a refund ($10) for the muffins no consideration for my son chewing on someone's nasty rubber glove baked inside a muffin .. luckily he didn't swallow it or have any issues.
Just clarify.. this is the Costco in Chantilly off of Rt. 50.
