Less than 2 hours wait. Quick and efficient workers. Less 1 star because they always put you on hold and never answer. They should have a proper receptionist just to answer the calls because of too much traffic in this location.

They are very understaffed. I called them multiple times but the success rate is less than 50%. They put me on hold for more than 20 min until I had to give up.

We purchased tires online and then dropped our car off for the installation--it was a great experience. As they say, devil works hard but darn it if Alyssa don't work harder.
