J did an amazing job on my midsize SUV. I had to reschedule my original appointment and they gave me a new one the very next day. There was a water stain on my sunroof that I couldn't get out and J was able to make it disappear. Overall, excellent service, great communication, and a remarkable job with the detailing.

Christian is such a nice person. Chris tried his best to fix the mess CARSTAR Chanitilly Auto body made and who knows what they spilled on my car seats and left permanent stains on the seats, it got a little lighter though after Chris’s hard work but it didn’t go away completely.Next time I would go straight to Chris instead of trying any other place.Service: Seat shampooing

By far the best and most detailed car detailer I've ever encountered. Expensive but worth and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've used CMA over the last 10 years and for several vehicles to include many Cadillacs and my baby a black on black ZL1 Convertible Camaro that is 3 years old with 3,000 miles and has never seen rain. The car is perfect and I would only trust it to CMA. Only recommendation I would have is a little bit of upgrade on the phone etiquette but otherwise they are amazing. Chris is the owner and super busy which is why he can be a little short at times but knowing "your audience" and what the outcome will be makes it all worth it.

The owner of this place was extremely nice and very responsive! I had to do an emergency tint for Virginia Inspection! After some communication, he helped me out last minute! Christian is awesome! His attention to detail, communication and responsiveness make working with him a breeze! I've taken two of my trucks there for ceramic coating & window tinting, as well as a full detail on my F-150. All of the work was top notch, outdoing work I'd previously had done at another local shop. CMA has a breat reputation for a reason. After investing money in a lift kit, shocks, and new 17" wheels and 33" tires I really liked the new look of the GX 470 and decided to invest in the detailing to make this SUV come back to life.I selected CMA for a quote to do a full paint restoration, inside and out detail, engine bay detail and ceramic coating on my 2004 Lexus GX 470 based on the reviews that I saw on line. From the time i met Chris at his awesome detail shop, to the time I picked up the truck, Chris was professional, easy to talk to and kept me abreast of the progress along the way.The initial quote was quite accurate, and the finished work blew me away. This was an 18 year old SUV that was purchased new in 2004.. This vehicle had not been washed in over 10 years, and had never been waxed. It has been sitting on the street in front of the house since 2010 and was exposed to all manner of elements including severe water spotting from our irrigation system. We kept it as a 3rd car hauler for trips to Lowes etc.After 1 week of intense restoration work, Chris delivered to truck to me. The initial quote was very close to the original estimate. The transformation from a beater SUV to a like new SUV was amazing. This is now my daily driver and I love it! I plan to use Chris for other family vehicles as he is honest, and his customer service goes above and beyond what I expected. Chris' customer service was amazing - from the initial interaction, to the free quote (that he was able to do very quickly and last minute while explaining the entire process to me as well as different options), and throughout the entire service (that he completed faster than expected). He was very flexible and accommodating when it came to working around my schedule, and he did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process. His attention to detail and kindness were great, not to mention his passion for cars made the entire experience very enjoyable. My car has never been shinier and looks brand new again! Chris is THE BEST! We found Chris on Google. My FIL passed away and we needed to get his car ready to sell as soon as possible (for estate purposes). Chris was booked out for several weeks. We didn't offer up details of my FIL's passing but Chris asked just the right questions. He took in our car and worked on it before, between, and after his appointments. Within a week, we had the car back in better condition than it had been since it was purchased in 2006! Chris kept us posted on his progress throughout the week, sending us pictures of the make-over. Chris performs professional work at a reasonable price. He removed, replaced and detailed the complete interior of my car due to unknown reoccurring water damage. All work he performed was thorough and exceptional. Chris is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail with every aspect of the car. My son's Toyota Corolla got severely moldy inside from a clogged A/C drain tube. Chris did an incredible job thoroughly cleaning it. He got to every nook and cranny. (While the car was there, we also had him polish the cloudy headlights and the result is miraculous!) He is highly responsive, very friendly and incredibly careful and thorough in his work. His documentation is very clear and he was very patient with my uncommunicative insurance company. We already plan to go back for window tinting. We couldn't be happier with his work. Chris is the most professional person I have worked with in this industry. We own a shop nearby and he has done amazing work for us and our client. He is a gifted window tinter and Detailer but his skills don’t stop there. He can do quality paint repairs, paint calipers, paint correction, ceramic coating, interior, you name it.
