I have always had a wonderful experience at Chantilly Nail Spa!! Mai is wonderful and excellent at her craft! She takes my ideas and makes them better! I would totally recommend her and the salon!

My typical nail salon shut down (not sure what happened), and I was on the search for a new spot. After looking at reviews I selected Chantilly Nail Spa. I called and they were able to get me an appointment at my desired date/time. I arrived and showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and did a great job re-creating the look! I wanted something fun/different for vacation. She also made the nail shape perfect! I will admit, the interior is a bit lackluster but I would rather my nails look great and have proper cleanliness than the boutique being fully renovated/modern. I will definitely be coming back here!

I've been hip to this place for years now, and I love this establishment so much for when I need to get my nails done. It's quiet and calm, and then there's the massage chairs you sit in when getting a pedicure. it's a great place to unwind from one's troubles or to just have a nice time :)

Almost always my go to to get in quickly for my wye brows wax. It is a bit hidden so make sure your don't over look it. The salon was very neat, clean and also a lot of room for "parties". This place would be great for spa day and getting your nails done with your girls! Everytime i come in, I have a different technician that waxed my eyebrows and they were always so quick and fast. I've come here more than 10 times and only have had 1 bad experience where all my eye brows were not all waxed! Last time i came in, saw Mai and she was quick and perfect! Would deff. recommend her!

I was traveling for business and needed to get my nails done mid-week. And wow was I impressed. Very clean, professional and friendly. My technician did a great job and was so lovely too. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a local nail salon in the Chantilly area!

Very relaxing, peaceful environment, soothes my senses when I'm having my nails done here. Great, friendly service. However, I made a mistake and didn't book an appointment early on, therefore causing me to wait for 30 minutes or so before someone was available so I'd highly recommend going for an appointment before coming in. Had an amazing design done for a special event and it looks absolutely remarkable and stayed looking perfect for weeks on end.

Went in today for a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure with tips. Extremely satisfied with the service! One woman with shorter pixie cut hair took care of my pedicure, and my nails look great. Another woman, Mia, did my dip powder with tips (it was my first time), and she was incredibly friendly and knew how to work with my very short nails/small nail beds. Her attention to detail, care, and patience with my nails was amazing. She made sure to keep checking and checking to make sure they all looked uniform. What a sweet lady! Will definitely be returning to see Mia soon.

I went this place because I was in that area and the lady asked me if I made an appointment and I told her I am not and wanted to know if they take walk in then she said okay and she gave me a spot and after a while she started to do my my leg. After about 10 minutes she started to trim my nail and immediately she cut my nail deep and started to bleed really hard. I was shocked and see her but she just act like a child she keep saying oops, oh again and again I was so mad. She just washed me with water again and again till it stopped no bandaged or alcohol. I was so disappointed and I feel worried now if I can catch virus or any transmittable disease. I was so mad I went there. I won't recommend this place at all.

I hate to do this but I must. I called and made an appointment. I specifically asked if they were able to take care of my hands and feet at the same time because I am on a time crunch. I was told “YES, can can do at the same time”.I arrived on time and as soon as I walked in, a woman with a pixie cut approached me and told me I was at the wrong place. I told her I made at appt. She said “oh no we can’t do your nails. It is going to take too long and started to walk me out.I honestly feel it was because I am a black woman. It was so embarrassing.

I was able to make an appointment online and they accommodated me the very same day! They also do services for children so my daughter was so excited to get her very first manicure and pedicure. My acrylic fill was done quickly and expertly. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!
