I have done multiple settlements with Katie Early at Centerview Title Group as a Buyers agent and Listing agent. Katie has done an outstanding job of professionally tracking each deal from contract to close. I know that when I hand off my clients and contracts to Katie, they will be dealt with in an honest and professional way. It is important for me that Katie always looks out for the best interests of my clients and makes sure they understand all aspects of the process as they work to the settlement of their homes. As a Realtor, we need to know that our title company have our clients backs and our backs! Katie and the Lawyers at Centerview Title do that for us!

I had an excellent closing with Centerview Tittle group last week. with my clients. Excellent communications throughout, received the final Alta well in advance, not just a couple of days but a week in advance, which really appealed to my clients in their planning. The settlement attorney is on time, courteous and the conference room is clean and modern. The explanation of documents met my expectations and my experience from other settlements. The settlement company requires you to use bank wires for the transaction. We explained our concerns about this kind of money transfer and the attorney insisted it was the safest way, told us not to worry and offerred to have the staff who would perform the wire to give us a call the same day when they initiated the wire. The settlement was before noon so I didn't expect any delays. The attorney explained that some banks hold the wire until the next day but she wasn't sure about our bank. I called our bank and that was not the case so naturally we expected no delays. We did not receive a phone call or email the same day of settlement (we did contact the attorney who told us to be patient, they would call the dame day it was the last day of the month and they had a lot of settlements). Our worries continued throughout the weekend and, on Monday morning no one was answering the phone. I sent an email to every email I could find related to the company.. Finally my husband found a live person in the office that said she was unaware of the wire, we were passed to another person who kindly confirmed our information and initiated the wire while we were on the phone. The wire was complete in less than 30 minutes.You have to continuously follow up with them to make sure they initiate the bank wire. Don't count on the transfer the same day if you have a Friday settlement and expect excuses.If I had to work with them again, I would ask them to initiate the bank wire the day before the settlement.

Working with Centerview title was absolutely fantastic. Katie Applegate went above and beyond the call of duty. Her professionalism, communication and just down right friendliness was some of the best I've ever encountered in this business. when my client was in a bind and couldn't get to her office she came to us. Whenever I needed or she needed information she was on point. If you ever need a good Title person/company, please give Katie a call, you will not be disappointed. I know I wasn't.
