It was time for 2018 Enclave to have fluids replaced (maybe a bit past time for some of them. We had brake fluid, enogine coolant and transmission fluids replaced. Casey’s was price competitive and we knew the quality of their work from past experiences with their shop. They did not disappoint and are still 5 star in our opinion

Before I share why I love this company, let me preface: this is my SECOND review. Coming from someone who will rarely leave a review…good or bad. These guys are that great.
As a woman, I’m always worried about getting taken advantage of when it comes to my car. But, with that said, in all the years I’ve been going to Casey’s, I’ve never once felt pressured or “tricked” into getting a service done. They truly treat you like family.
This past week, my car went from running perfectly to completely dead in a matter of a day. I jump start it and call Casey’s hoping I could bring it over so they could look at it. They, of course, tell me to bring it in and they’ll take a look. A very long story short: they took my car in last minute and worked hard to resolve an increasingly common, but complex, issue (parasitic drain, bad computer module) in a matter of a week. And that was only because they had to order the part to be shipped in.
To Eric, Casey, Luke, Matt, Russ, and the rest of the team, thank you for answering a million of my questions with so much patience (I’m so sorry) and dealing with my bad car karma. These guys always go above and beyond for me and all their other customers, and are truly the reason I’ll never go anywhere else!

I called asking for an appointment and was given the time I requested. The staff was courteous and professional. The service was performed quickly and efficiently. The service was explained to me in detail, and I particularly like the inspection report that I received on my phone after the completion of the service. I would recommend Casey's Automotive for any and all vehicle inspections and repairs.

Friendly and helpful. Work performed as requested. Additional repairs suggested but not pushed. A little pricey, but happy with the work performed and will definitely return.

My girlfriend's car stopped running, I had it towed to Casey's as I have used them before. They got my car and proceeded to figure out why it would not start. After a little while they replaced my PCM which is the computer that controls the car. The had to send it out for repair and during that time the provided me with a loaner car. Their customer service is amazing, if you ever need a repair to your car, they are the best go to option. I will be using them for all my car services for both of my cars.

Casey's has taken care of my wife's vehicle as well as mine for the last 3 years. They always fit us in quickly, offer loaner cars when available, or provide shuttle service. I have a car with a lot of miles, and I just had it serviced last week. Casey;s has it running like new. I love the breakdown that is given on the repair report. They talk you through items that should be addressed immediately, and those that can wait. Please try them out. You will be happy with their work and their customer service.

I have two old cars over 15 years old and was looking for a trustworthy service company. Casey’s was recommended by my daughter. I was able to get an evaluation of my car without a surcharge and also have a follow up conversation with Eric. Best of all we met face to face and candidly chatted about the mechanical “health” of my cars and whether they were worth repairing. I found Eric to be very honest and the prices competitive. Most importantly I was able to have an honest exchange on the value of a repair and the relative cost of those repairs that were a safety issue or just an efficiency enhancement..
This customer service is worth five stars in this unreliable auto repair market in Chantilly/Centerville.

Truly enjoyed my experience at Casey's. Went in for a inspection and the team member at the counter was so kind and willing to explain everything. Would trust them with future repairs and maintenance!

Caseys told me that I needed more work than I truly did. I would have spent close to two thousand dollars had I not gotten a second opinion. I saved 1650.00 by not listening to them. I am sorry to say that I don't trust them.
Just to respond to your response to my complaint, I’ve only given two places in this northern Virginia area two stars ever.
I try to be fair, but I think you’re taking advantage of people who do not know car Repair. I’m sorry I feel this way about you all.

The Team at Casey's is professional, knowledgable and respectful. Whether your vehicle requires routine maintenance or a repair, I highly recommend Casey's. If a repair is recommended, a Team Member will advise as to the timeline, you have time, might not pass Safety Inspection...this is helpful for budgeting repairs that might be costly. Additionally the Courtesy Shuttle is helpful and very much appreciated, thank you Russ~

Had a fluke issue with my car one morning. Casey’s gave me a ride to work so I wouldn’t be late, kept in contact with me throughout the day, and the car was ready later that same day.
