Super super awesome group of people. I was a young mom when I first purchased my new car last year and they were just so helpful and so kind and I feel like you can definitely TRUST these people unlike other dealerships who always were trying to rip you off. I highly recommend, such kind people that are willing to help you out.

Purchase a 2013 Kia optima at first the buying experience was great and just before I got my hard tags the engine locked up. Later found out there was a recall that would have fix this issue before this happened. Dealer expected me to pay $3,000 to purchase a new motor saying they're doing me a favor additional warranty I got didn't cover it. Car untrust should be name. That's just my experienceI'm sure they had some successful sales where they didn't have any issues this was just my experience with them.

Had my own financing made it easy for them. However, I was sold a car with a bad rear main seal. Car was clean when I looked at it but it was cleaned up to hide the leak. Shortly after owning it the leak was apparent and bad. Told dealer but no response. Not very happy as it was clearly a known issue that will cost me $2100 on a vehicle I just bought. Check the cars thoroughly....

Bad cars seller.plus bad customer service can't refer my enemies to car trust.i purchased my car from car trust 2018. After 1month the engine started acting up. I called them to fix it because the Warranty was still valid. Guess what, my car was with them for 3days without fixing it. They were so rude especially their boss telling me nonsense on phone. Bad car dealer.

I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago and it has been nothing but Great. The staff and team are exceptional in meeting your needs. They are extremely courteous and about there business totally professional and reassuring I would recommend them to ANYONE. I have not had one problem out of the vehicle they sold me. I am forever grateful.

The initial experience was positive, very easy process. How ever the Jeep I bought was priced under market and I was told it was ONLY because they needed to make some sells during this covid19 time. I asked what the clicking sound was, and they assured me it was nothing to worry about “maybe a rock in the tire”. I realize now how big of a mistake that was on my part, but as car professionals there is no way they did not know something was seriously wrong. I’ve had my Jeep for a couple weeks and it’s required over $3,000 in repairs. The lifters and rods needed replacing, as well as the oil pan and pool pressure sensor. The warranty they gave me didn’t cover all of it and I wound up paying roughly 1k already. Through this whole process I have contacted this dealership numerous times through multiple methods and have heard nothing back. I have yet to hear about the cosmetic repairs they told me they would fix, but I failed to get it in writing so I imagine that won’t happen now (windshield repair, speaker cover replacement, door seal repair). I hate to leave a poor review but this dealership definitely played me, and knew exactly what they were doing.

I was sold an amazing price on a 2018 Ford Focus! The staff was courteous and even gave me gas to get back home. Would definitely recommend if you're on a budget and look for a good used car.

Location of dealership is an awful cramped industrial lot with absolutely no parking but wanted a specific car so had to go here. Car buying experience was straight forward and everyone was polite and courteous on site. We were taken back by their high 'processing fees' but they explained it away by assuring us it covered everything for getting title and tags and said all we had to do was "wait for tags to arrive in the mail". When tags didn't arrive we called. RJ immediately insisted he gave instruction to get a state inspection at time of purchase. Also added 'that's what you have to do anytime you by a car out of state'. Good customer service shouldn't end when the car leaves the lot. Immediate acknowledgement that just maybe he did in fact forget to mention it and that is why we called would have been nice. Any other approach - insisting and arguing that you did say it implies you think your customer is stupid for not remembering or not knowing out of state buying procedures - is not only rude but insulting.

GREAT dealership, everyone that I spoke with was so helpful and made my experience very very easy. The car I bought is in such nice shape and drives perfectly as it should. The guys here were so accommodating to my needs and I only have good things to say about the experience!
